Yushan Lake

Yushan lake is located in the central area of Ma'anshan. It is connected with the Yangtze River through Yushan River, with a water area of 1087 mu. It was opened as an urban park in 1959. Together with the nearby Jiashan and Yushan, it forms the characteristics of the dependence of mountains and rivers in the urban landscape of Ma'anshan. The central area of Ma'anshan City is built around Yushan lake. Four prosperous urban streets are built around the lake. Cinnamomum camphora, Ginkgo biloba, jasmine and Platanus trees planted along the road not only add color to Yushan lake, but also become the green lung of the whole city. Throughout the year, there are white snow covered camphor red leaves in autumn and winter; in early spring, it is in full bloom, just like gold paving the ground; in summer, the bright green leaves of Ginkgo always bring people a happy mood, while Platanus tree stretches its crown to leave a shade in the hot sun. In recent years, Nanhu and Beihu roadside parks have been developed to dredge and expand the water system of Yushan lake, which not only improves the city's ability to resist waterlogging, but also adds the natural flavor of the urban environment, making it an excellent place for people to rest on holidays.

Yushan Lake

Yushan lake, formerly known as wa'ertang, also known as wa'ertang, is located in the center of Ma'anshan City, beside Huayu square, with a water area of 1987 mu. There are Jiashan in the East and Yushan in the west of the lake. The two mountains are opposite each other. The lake is bright and the mountain is beautiful. The lake is surrounded by weeping willows and high-rise buildings. In 1959, it was turned into a park. Because of the name of the lake, the park, together with the nearby Jiashan and Yushan mountains, formed the characteristics of the dependence of mountains and rivers in the urban landscape of Ma'anshan.

Yushan lake is divided into three scenic spots: North Lake, South Lake and Yushan Lake Park. Yushan Lake Park has been built on a large scale with luxuriant flowers and trees and winding paths leading to seclusion. Along the Bank of the lake, there are Qilou Zhuge, quqiao Wobo, weeping willow stone path and rockery. Fish harbor, lotus pond, bamboo forest, long corridor and wooden pavilion are scattered among them. The "fragrant garden" in this garden is a world of flowers

Yushan lake is beautiful and charming, surrounded by nine peaks scattered far and near, standing around the lake, known as "nine peaks around a lake". Today's Yushan lake is surrounded by roads, trees and buildings. Among them, Hubei Road and Hongqi bridge near the lake are gardens outside the park for visitors to enjoy the scenery of lakes and mountains. Huxi road has a green park of nearly 20000 square meters in Fuyuan trade market with Ming and Qing architectural style built on the lake; Hunan Road is Liuan Huadi, with a small tourist area of nearly 10000 square meters. It is a good place for people to rest after work.

Yushan lake is located in the center of the city, and the transportation is very convenient. If you are a foreign visitor, after you get down from the railway station, you can take No.2, No.3, no.6, No.10, No.13. It's really no good. You can get there by calling a taxi at the railway station for 7-9 yuan.
