Tan Yankai's tomb is located in the northeast of Linggu Temple outside Zhongshan Gate, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. Tan Yankai's tomb is divided into four parts: dragon pool, square, memorial hall and tomb chamber (Baoding). In front of the "Linggu Shensong" stele, Lunan is Longchi, about 5 meters square, surrounded by stone railings. There are two taps on the pool wall, one for water outlet and one for water inlet. Longchi was a famous historical spring. It is said that this spring has eight functions: one clear, two cold, three fragrant, four soft, five sweet, six clean, seven not knock, eight strong, so it is called "eight merit water". After passing the "Linggu Shensong" stele, about 20 meters to the cemetery, it is the first Nanhu stone archway of Tan Yankai's tomb; at the end of the 400 meter long corridor, there is a small stone bridge, which is the square in front of the tomb. The square is oval in shape, surrounded by towering ancient trees and shaded by trees. It is quiet and elegant, and has a great interest in mountains and fields. In the center of the square is an oval flower stand, planted with pine, bamboo and plum. In the northeast corner of the square, there is a white marble archway with four couplets and three bays. On the pillars of the archway, there is a couplet: the Phoenix, the eagle and the feather worship the country; the dragon and the tiger occupy Qianqiu mausoleum near Zhongshan.
On the hillside of Tan Yankai's tomb, there is also a green stone national burial order tablet. In the middle of the tablet is engraved with the four characters "Gong Zai Dangguo". On the forehead of the tablet is engraved with the party emblem of the Kuomintang. The handwriting and pattern are now gone. After passing the memorial archway, you can reach the memorial hall by climbing up the concrete tomb path. Sacrificial hall sitting north south, double eaves Xieshan, covered with glazed tiles. The ceiling, beams, rafters, eaves and walls of the sacrificial hall are pasted with gold and powder, and painted with fine brushwork. From the sacrificial hall to the tomb Road, it is the tomb. The tomb is located in the center of the cement platform, with a diameter of 9.5 meters and a height of 3.5 meters. The original tomb was destroyed during the cultural revolution. In 1981, the state allocated funds to renovate the tomb according to its original historical appearance. Tan Yankai's urn was buried in the tomb. The white marble sacrificial table in front of the tomb is also the original of Tan tomb.
