Yongji tangtieniu Museum
Yongji tangtieniu museum is located outside the west gate of Puzhou ancient city and on the East Bank of the Yellow River. Tangtieniu is a relic of tangpujin bridge in Yongji. It is well preserved and of great ornamental value. You can appreciate one of the bridge construction projects in the flourishing age of Tang Dynasty. Iron cattle are divided into two groups: North and south, two cattle in one group, front and back, facing the West. There are iron men beside the four iron cattle, such as Mu CE Niu.
Each iron ox is about 1.9 meters high, about 3 meters long and about 1.3 meters wide. There is a transverse axis behind the tail, about 0.4 meters in diameter and about 2.3 meters long. There are patterns on the shaft head, and each shaft is different, including Beaded ornaments, water chestnut, rolled grass, lotus, etc. The shape of iron ox is vivid. The front legs are in the shape of pedaling and the back legs are in the shape of crouching. The ox is vigorous and strong. The tail is equipped with iron shaft to tie the floating bridge.
