Zagana

Zhagana is located in yiwa Township, Diebu County, Gannan Prefecture. It is a Tibetan village hidden in the mountains. The villages on the hillside and the Tibetan style wooden houses are piled up one after another. Mani prayer flags are flying in the wind. The village is surrounded by strange peaks without tourism development. The highest peak is 4500m above sea level.

"Zagana" is a Tibetan word, which means "stone box". Joseph Locke, a photographer of National Geographic, came to zagana, China in 1922 and said, "I have never seen such a beautiful scenery in my life. If the author of Genesis had seen the beautiful scenery of Diebu, he would have put the birthplace of Adam and Eve here.". At present, the residents of zagana are mainly Tibetans. Most of the men in the village can speak Putonghua, while most of the women can't.

Zha (Zha) Ga (g) Na is a natural stone city. It is located in an ancient city of yiwa Township, more than 30 kilometers northwest of Diebu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. It means "stone box" in Tibetan. "Zagana" in yiwa Township, Diebu County, Gansu Province is a Tibetan language, which means "shixiazi". Located in yiwa Township, 34 kilometers northwest of Diebu County, zagana mountain is a complete natural "stone city", commonly known as "Yama Palace". The terrain is not only like a grand palace, but also like a complete ancient city built by natural cliff. Traffic information: 1, Lanzhou to Diebu, Lanzhou bus south station departure, to Diebu three times a day, the departure time is 8:40, 9:40 and 10:20.
