Former residence of JiangHao

JiangHao's former residence is located in beiliujiaqiao village, sanshuitou Town, 12km southeast of Yutian County, 0.5km away from rural oil road in the East and 10km away from Beijing Qinhuangdao electrified railway in the north. The surrounding terrain is flat, the traffic is developed, and the environment is pleasant. In July 1993, it was announced as the key cultural relics protection unit of Hebei Province by the people's Government of Hebei Province.

Life of the characters

Jiang Hao was born in 1880 and died in 1931. His original name was Jiang Wenhao. He was an early revolutionary activist of the Communist Party of China and the founder of the local organization of Yutian County of the Communist Party of China. In his early years, he participated in the Chinese League led by Sun Yat Sen and engaged in national revolutionary activities. After the October Revolution, he devoted himself to the study of Marxism. With the help and influence of Li Dazhao, he gradually changed from a patriotic revolutionist to a proletarian vanguard. He has successively served as a member of the Kuomintang Senate, a member of the Nanchang Uprising and Revolution Committee of the CPC Central Committee, an important member of the Tianjin Local Committee of the CPC (responsible for organizational work) and other important positions, making important contributions to the cause of China's revolution. Mao Zedong praised him as "an evergreen revolutionary elder like pine and cypress".

Pattern of former residence

JiangHao's former residence is a folk building in the Qing Dynasty. It faces south from the north, with blue bricks and tiles. It is a quadrangle layout, with four main rooms (15.7 meters long and 4.3 meters wide) and three East and West Wing rooms (5 meters long and 3.6 meters wide), covering an area of 366 square meters.

Current situation of former residence

The former residence is well preserved. In June 1996, the province, city and county allocated 150000 yuan for the renovation of Jiang Hao's former residence. After the renovation, Jiang Hao's former residence maintained its original scale and style. In July 2009, the association raised another 100000 yuan to repair Jiang Hao's former residence. In the west of the main room is the recovery room, in which there are the wardrobe, tables and chairs and other daily necessities used by Jiang Hao during his lifetime; in the east room is the exhibition room, which reflects Jiang Hao's glorious and great life with 52 pictures and materials. Since the former residence of Jiang Hao was named as the patriotic education base of Tangshan City in 1995, some units in the county have come here to organize activities such as joining the league, taking the oath of joining the party or reviewing the oath of joining the party every May 4th, July 1st, November and other festivals. People outside the county either come to visit or commemorate. More than 6000 people come here to receive education every year.
