Introduction to the temple
Guocheng Temple (formerly Guocheng jingshe), founded in 1991, was painstakingly established by the family of master shangguoxiacheng in order to promote Buddhism, provide for all living beings and raise funds by themselves. It's a Taoist school specializing in the Pure Land Sect. It's dedicated to reciting Buddhist scriptures. The monks strictly abide by the commandments, uphold the Six Harmonies and respect, and have a pure Taoist style. They take compassion as their heart, go to the dark sun twice, and save the suffering for the purpose.
Master Yantian inherited the master's Hongye, bravely shouldered the responsibility of Hongfa to all living beings, and continued the life of Buddha. Under the leadership of master Guocheng, several generations of people vigorously promote Buddhism, benefit the country and the people, and benefit the society. They are highly praised by the government and the society. Many believers come here to learn about Buddhism and cultivate Taoism. One after another, there are more than 20 monks who are devoted to practicing Buddhism and benefiting the people.
history
Under the leadership of the old mage and master Yantian, the monks of Guocheng temple, in accordance with Amitabha's great compassion and great will, walk with Amitabha with one heart and one mind, and help the dying lotus friends to die. So far, they have sent more than 100 dead to the Western Paradise. Up to 105 old people and down to 57 day old babies were seen off. At the moment when the karma comes to the end of each deceased person, master shangguo Xiacheng and master Yantian will patiently reveal the impermanence of their lives, the horror of the six paths of reincarnation, and the happiness of never getting rid of the pain of reincarnation in the Western Paradise, so that each deceased person can feel the acceptance of Amitabha's compassionate will at the last moment of his life, and eliminate fear and pain, Michelle walks into the Qibao pool and passes away peacefully (and after passing away, his whole body is soft and his face is peaceful, and most of them are happy) to achieve the perfection of life.
In addition, the family members of the deceased, whether or not they believed in Buddhism or even slandered Buddhism, felt deeply that the Dharma was inconceivable after they were sent to the dead and began to believe and chant Buddhism.
In Guocheng temple, no matter the rich or the poor, the noble or the humble, or the high or the low status, all the monks in Guocheng Temple sincerely send each other to the West with a deep and sincere wish to pray for the Buddha's survival. Until they die, they are entrusted with the lotus fetus. Old master shangguo Xiacheng sincerely felt Amitabha Buddha and personally wrote "Guocheng jingshe - Amitabha Buddha guide Station".
Nowadays, the practice of Guocheng temple's helping to read and send students has been popularized all over the country. Through the promotion of Guocheng temple, we have promoted the development of Buddhism all over the country, especially the Pure Land Buddhism and hospice care Buddhism. It has promoted the development of the four disciples and the development of each tunnel to help them send their thoughts to life, and increased the public's confidence in the Western Paradise. In addition to helping to recite and deliver to life, Guocheng temple also regularly holds Dharma meetings every Saturday to recite the Sutra of Bodhisattva's original wish, the Sutra of Mahayana's boundless life, the Sutra of solemn and pure equality (or the Sutra of Amitabha). It reinvigorated the Ming and Yang of dizang Dharma, and made all living beings benefit from it. It is the root of our final Dharma. During the period of the Dharma Association, many residents from all over the country benefited from the Dharma blessing after participating in the Dharma Association, eliminated the karmic barriers, eliminated their physical diseases and mental pain for several years or even decades, freed countless living beings, and brought innumerable family auspiciousness and happiness.

Scriptures
There are many Buddhist scriptures in Guocheng temple, which record that there is no better temperament than Buddha in the world. The most remarkable characteristic of Buddha is good cultivation and good temper. Welcome Buddha, welcome home, you want me to come, I call, send Buddha to the west, you let me go, I drift away, fully shows the good gather good scattered mentality. Buddha said that Bodhi is not a tree, and the mirror has no platform. Color is emptiness, and emptiness is color. At first, it was Emperor Ming of the Eastern Han Dynasty. On a quiet night, Emperor Ming dreamed of golden gods and men flying around the palace. They were like golden birds flying around. That night, Emperor Ming's dream was transparent. The next day when he went to court, the Ming emperor told his ministers about this. They were a little confused. A minister named Guo Yi stood up and said that the golden god man should be the Buddha of the West. The biggest agenda of this day was to send people to India to seek Buddhism. Following the ambassador of the Han Dynasty back from India were photographers of moteng and zhufalan, as well as a large number of Buddhist scriptures and statues. Indian monks and Buddhist statues were carried by white horses, who brought Buddhism to China from an ancient country, and Buddhism took root in another ancient land. Dazangjing is a complete collection of all Buddhist classics. At first it was called all scriptures, and later it was named Dazangjing, which means to preserve. Because of its wide range of contents, it is called the Tripitaka, also known as the Tibetan scriptures. Its content is mainly composed of three parts: Jing, LV and Lun, also known as San Zang Jing, which are called Jing Zang, LV Zang and Lun Zang respectively. Sutra is the theory of Buddhism for guiding disciples to practice, and law is the rule of daily life that Buddhism should abide by for believers; theory is the work of Buddhist disciples to clarify the theory of Sutra.
monograph
In addition, it also includes other monographs on the history and theory of Buddhism in India and China. In the process of translating Buddhist classics, a large number of ideas and concepts in Buddhism have been transformed into languages that Chinese people can understand, creating a large number of words that are still used today, such as the world, the universe, teachers, truth, reality, persistence and so on. Among them, four tones, as Chinese phonology, have become an important standard of Putonghua. In addition, for the evolution and final establishment of the printed Chinese characters, the printing of Dazangjing played an important role. The first "Dazangjing" was initiated by Zhao Kuangyin and named as "kaibaocang" with its year number. Its publication created a precedent of large-scale collection of Chinese classics. In Chinese
