The origin of the park

The origin of the park: Lei Yan (1911-1939), formerly known as Li Hui, also known as Li Shu. Hailun people in Heilongjiang Province. He joined the Anti Japanese people's self-defense army in 1931 and returned to Helen in 1932 to join the Communist Youth League of China. He joined China in 1933. In April of the same year, hailun County branch was established as secretary, leading the organization of Anti Japanese guerrillas. Later, he was sent to work in Zhuhe (now Shangzhi county), Harbin, Shanghai and other places, and returned to hailun at the end of 1935. In March 1936, he served as director of the Political Department of the left behind regiment of the third army of the Northeast People's revolutionary army. After the army was reorganized into the third army of the Northeast Anti Japanese United Army, they successively served as the chief of staff of the fifth and ninth divisions and the director of the Political Department of the ninth division. In the second half of 1937, Wang Defu, commander of the ninth division, led his troops to fight against the Japanese puppet army in Tangyuan area, killing more than 70 Japanese soldiers, capturing hundreds of puppet soldiers, and seizing more than 100 rifles, six machine guns, and one gun. In August 1938, he led his troops to participate in the expedition of the third and Sixth Army of the Northeast Anti Japanese coalition. In November, the expeditionary army was reorganized in Hailun as the leader of the fourth detachment. On the evening of February 9, 1939, he led more than 70 cavalry to ride in the village of Li laozhuotun and was surrounded by more than 700 Japanese puppet troops. A fierce battle with the enemy killed more than 100 people. Breaking through, injured and sacrificed. He was 28 years old.
