Mingxia cave

Mingxia cave is located on the Kunlun mountainside in the south of Laoshan mountain. It rises from the foot of the mountain. It is about 1km from the secluded forest road to the entrance of the cave, and you can also take the Taiqing cableway to climb up.

The cave was excavated in the period of Dading of Jin Dynasty. The character "Mingxia cave" was inscribed by Wang Xu, a calligrapher of Qing Dynasty. It is said that the original cave is tall and spacious, and sun Ziyang, a Taoist of Ming Dynasty, once had a retreat here. During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, most of them fell into the ground. Dongdong boulders still exist, inscribed with "half of the sky Zhuxia.". In front of the cave, the cliff is as flat as a platform, from which you can see the sea from afar, and the sky is vast; overlooking the cliff, there are many gullies. This is the case with the beautiful scenery of Laoshan mountain.

More than 30 Taoist buildings such as Sanqing hall and Doumu palace were built beside the cave, and some of them were destroyed by mountain torrents. In front of the cave, the cliff is as flat as a platform. Standing on it, you can see the sea from afar, vast and Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao Miao. Overlooking the cliff, there are many gullies. Mingxia cave is the end of the aerial cable car. Along the forest path westward, we can see that on the hillside of Xuanwu peak, the main peak of Kunlun Mountain, there is a magnificent temple, namely Mingxia cave. The altitude is more than 650 meters. The cave was formed by the collapse of huge rocks. In the second year of Jin Dading (1162), this cave was built as a temple. The three characters of "Mingxia cave" in the cave are said to be written by Qiu Changchun. The original cave is large and spacious. Sun Ziyang, a Taoist of Ming Dynasty, once built here, and has a stone inscription sun Ziyang Shu. During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, it was destroyed by thunder and fire and collapsed very little. The main existing building "Doumu Palace" in Mingxia cave was built in Yuan Dynasty, which has been renovated and well preserved. In the west of the palace, the Guanyin hall built in the late Qing Dynasty has been destroyed by mountain torrents and collapsed stones. The ancient trees, such as Euonymus japonicus, Magnolia and Lagerstroemia indica, near the site are all over 100 years old. In front of Mingxia cave, there is a flat and broad cliff platform, surrounded by three peaks, facing the sea in front, and surrounded by pines and dragons. It is a beautiful place for sightseeing. The rising sun and the setting sun are changeable. "Mingxia Sanqi" is one of the scenic spots of Laoshan. The poet Wang Xinjian's poem "a tour of Laoshan Mountain in Qingdao" also says "where to find the immortal, the secluded place is full of truth.". The mountains are more green than white cranes, and the peaks are full of purple clouds. The bright clouds clear the sky and the tides delight Kunlun. Qingdao on the sea, no red dust in the mountains.

Li Bai is a famous poet in Tang Dynasty. Li Bai's hundred poems about wine are called "poetic immortal". Li Bai is the sculpture here, and Wu Yun, the court musician and Taoist priest of the Tang Dynasty, sits opposite. It is said that Li and Wu are good friends. In the palace, they write poetry and compose music, and their partners are very tacit. In order to open up ideas and inspire inspiration, they often visit the famous mountains and rivers of the motherland together. When they visited the flat peach peak behind the Taiqing palace, they created the flat peach peak of Qing pingdiao chanting the Queen's mother, which has become the "Bu Xu" Hall altar rhyme musical score used by Laoshan Taoists. Laoshan left an unforgettable impression on Li Bai. Li Bai wrote in his own handwriting, "I used to live in the East Sea, and Laoshan has a purple glow..." Laoshan, the immortal mountain, has an indissoluble bond with Shixian.

One day, seeing the master's hard practice, he went down the mountain to buy dumplings. He knelt down in front of the master and prayed for his teacher to eat. Sun Zhenren suddenly thought that all things are spiritual. He thought that the lotus, which is accompanied by him day and night, would also taste the fireworks in the world. In particular, he saw that one of the hundred clumps is different and different. He saw that in the jade frost and ice, the color of the flowers is not reduced, and he is proud of the severe winter. Sun Zhenren put the dumplings on the flowers. Who knows that the flowers are more beautiful and steaming in a moment. In an instant, the dumplings were wrapped in lotus and swallowed. After that, sun Zhenren will order his disciples to offer fast food to the flowers. The flower was cultivated by sun Zhenren and turned into a fairy. In order to appreciate the immortal, she wanted to make a promise. Although sun Zhenren was cultivated into a human figure, his lust was not reduced, so he found someone to replace him and fulfill his desire. Later, sun Zhenren went to Mingxia cave to seek God's protection for a prosperous future. One year, a scholar came to Beijing to take an exam. When he entered the capital, he was just about to rest in a shop. Suddenly, an old man with a long beard stood beside him. The old man said to the scholar: I know you're here for the exam. I'm from your hometown. I haven't been back home for several years. I want to ask you to send me a letter. I don't know if I can fulfill my wish. The scholar said: you and I are from the same hometown, and we are also outside the countryside. It's not worth mentioning. Just take it. The scholar said, and saw the old man take out a letter from his sleeve and hand it to him. The scholar saw that there was no writing on the envelope and just wanted to ask where to go. The old man said, "do you know that there is a lotus pond in Mingxia cave of Laoshan? Yashu nodded. The old man also said: when you go to the lotus pond, you can say that the stone gate is open, the stone gate is open, and the letters from the capital can be recorded. Then the old man disappeared. The scholar felt that this matter was strange, such as in a dream, Mingxia cave was close to the scholar's home, but he never saw such a white haired old man.

In a moment, it turned into a bowl of steaming noodles. The old mother asked the scholar to eat it. The scholar thought to himself, it's filthy and hard to see. How can we swallow it? Such a gorgeous hall, but it brings evil food. It's just like gold and jade. The scholar got up and left. The old mother was embarrassed to see that the scholar didn't eat, so she took out a handkerchief from her pocket, turned around and grabbed a handful of bean sprouts from the basin, wrapped them in it and handed them to the scholar, asking him to go home and share them with his family. The scholar half pushed and half stuffed his pocket. The old mother and the young girl sent the scholar out of the door and said to each other, "take care.". In a moment, the pavilions and pavilions disappeared like a dream, but the lotus pool remained the same. The scholar was very surprised. He thought it was too shabby to take some bean sprouts home. He took his handkerchief and shook it in the lotus pool. He threw all the bean sprouts in it. Seeing that the handkerchief was clean, the scholar could not bear to throw it away, so he took it with him. When I went home, I told my mother about this strange thing. My mother asked her to take out her handkerchief and look at it carefully. There was a golden bean sprout on it. The scholar regretted that he should not throw away the golden bean sprouts rashly. His mother said: gold and silver are things outside his body. If you don't bring them in or take them away, why be greedy for money. Later, the scholar won the first prize in the examination and was granted an official position. He resigned and went into seclusion with his mother. Although the scholar went to seclusion in the mountains, his experiences spread from generation to generation. A southern barbarian knew that the barbarian was proficient in geomantic omen. He knew that there was a treasure hidden in the lotus pool. In order to dig this treasure, he had to master the skills of lying on the snow with bare arms and crossing the ice with bare feet in winter, and master the mental skills of sitting on his head in summer. One day, the barbarian chose an auspicious day to go to the mountain. He was always quiet and thought about the glory of the rich and the beautiful after he got the treasure. In this way, the six desires are difficult to give up and the seven emotions are entangled. Winter is coming and spring is coming. In the blink of an eye, opportunities will be missed. He thinks it's better to get early enjoyment one day earlier, so as not to be dug away by others. Thinking of this, he used a huge axe to cut open the rocks and let go the water in the pool. When the water in the pool is exhausted, there is a hole in the pool, and there is more room for people. When the barbarian enters the cave, he can see that it is full of light and beautiful women. The scene in front of him made the barbarian intoxicated. When he saw the beautiful woman around him, the demon was very wild. The cherry mouth was slightly opened, the autumn wave was frequent, and his clothes were floating, which made him unable to control himself. He couldn't help but step forward. Just as he was about to get close to the woman, he heard a huge thunder and knew nothing. When I wake up in a trance, I can't see all the jewels. When I lose myself in the water, a Taoist priest picks it up and blocks up the damage by the pool. He says: I'm not good at lust for women, and I often hurt my spirit; I'm hardworking and do good, but I don't want to stretch out other people's hands. The barbarian was deeply ashamed. Since then, the water in the lotus pond has been turbid but not clear, and the cold lotus has rarely opened in winter.
