According to historical records, Yangzhou had three cities in Song Dynasty: songdacheng (old city), baoyoucheng (shugangshang) and songjiacheng (Bijiashan). Today's Five Dynasties horse face is 5.5 meters high. Today, with the original physical evidence, the Northern Song Dynasty urn and the Southern Song Dynasty urn are 4.5 meters and 3.5 meters respectively, and the city space is 400 square meters. Although it is part of the city, it shows the differences and lessons of the Five Dynasties, the Northern Song Dynasty and the Southern Song Dynasty cities. The brick pavement outside Wengcheng in Northern Song Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty is the original state of history. Both of them are brick pavement. Not only the road teeth are neat, the road surface is in the arc shape of high side and low side, but also the bricks are arranged orderly and regular. The rutting marks of the road surface in Northern Song Dynasty are deep and concave, and the road surface is seriously damaged, which proves the social peace and economic prosperity of Northern Song Dynasty. In the Southern Song Dynasty, the road surface was shallow and flat, which clearly explained the reasons of frequent wars, economic depression and sparse population.

Jiacheng in Song Dynasty has been developed into a sports and leisure park.
