Wanhua night market
Wanhua night market is located in Wanhua District, Taipei City, Taiwan, covering Guangzhou Street, Wuzhou street and Xichang Street (also known as Guangzhou street night market, Wuzhou street night market and Xichang street night market).
As it is located in the downtown area and adjacent to the famous scenic spots of luolongshan temple and Huaxi street, it also attracts many diners and tourists. Although Wanhua night market is a night market, it is particularly busy at night. In fact, it is open during the day. After the SARS incident in 2003, night markets all over Taiwan were in a depression. The municipal government and relevant figures in the area formed the Wanhua revitalization committee. Then Taiwan President Chen Shui Bian and Taipei Mayor Ma Ying Jeou visited the Wanhua area together. Wanhua night market and Huaxi street night market held a joint promotion for four weeks for the first time. At the opening of the activity, the team went to the Castle Peak palace to pray for blessings and passed through the night markets. Then they distributed Ping'an rice, Ping'an water and counting rolls. Later, a large-scale health examination was conducted earlier.
