Lantian Village

Lantian village is subordinate to Kangmei Town, Nan'an City, Fujian Province. It is 3.5 km away from the government of Kangmei town. It is located in the east of the middle part of Nan'an City, on the East Bank of the downstream of Dongxi river of Jinjiang River. The settlements are distributed on the side of Quanyong highway in a circular shape. It is located in a hilly area with small mountains running through the central part from south to north. 307 provincial road passes through the area. On the west side of the river, there is "Nanhong" highway, which is 15km from the southeast to the west gate of Quanzhou, 8km from the northeast to honglai, and 12km from the southwest to Nan'an.

Lantian village is a coastal low hilly land, adjacent to Dongxi of Jinjiang River in the West and Qingyuan mountains in the East. The whole terrain is horseshoe shaped, gradually decreasing from east to west, close to the left bank of Dongxi river. The highest elevation is 123.90 meters, and the lowest is 6.80 meters. The elevation of most villages is between 20 and 40 meters.

Lantian village has a subtropical marine monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. The temperature is the lowest in January and the highest in July. The frost free period is 349 days, with abundant rainfall and annual rainfall of 1700mm, mostly concentrated in summer and autumn.

Lantian village committee is located in Caopu, with nine natural villages including Caopu, songbailing, Shantou, Fengxue, wuzhu, Shudou, chentian, Dongtian and Shandou. There are 10 villager groups, 900 households and 3194 people. The villagers have three surnames: Xu, Lin and pan, and six surnames: Fu, Wu, Zeng, Liu, Li and Lei.

Historical evolution

Lantian village in the Ming and Qing Dynasties is the 21 capital of Nan'an County, known as lantianjing in ancient times. Chen Tian was called in the Republic of China, and later the homonym was Lantian. After liberation in 1949, some of them belonged to Yulan Township together with Yuhu. In 1964, they were merged by Lantian and Caopu brigades, and the former name was Lantian brigade. In 1984, it was called Lantian village committee of Kangmei Township, and in 1988, it was renamed Lantian village committee of Kangmei town.

Ruins

In the middle of Lantian, there is xurenzhai site in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty in the north, and fenzhai Xianfeng site in the south. At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, the society was turbulent and the people's life was lost. It is said that there are seventeen villages under it, which are powerful and influential. Later, they were destroyed by the Qing soldiers. It was recorded in Volume 18 of annals of Nan'an County in the fourth year of the Republic of China. The burned black millet is still found in the original site. In 2005, the palace of the prince of the village was built on the original site to worship the king of the village. On the southwest side of xurenzhai, there is a Longxi temple built in 1927 to worship Guanyin, which has always been popular. At present, there are 12 complete Qing Dynasty buildings in Lantian village, which have nurtured five or seven generations and have high historical and cultural value.

Development status

In recent years, Lantian village has established Caopu supply and marketing cooperative, Lantian kindergarten, primary school, medical center, elderly activity center and electric irrigation station, with a total construction area of 4685 square meters. At the same time, we should pay close attention to the construction of the central village and factory buildings, build the 20 meter wide Lanqing Avenue and Lanqing bridge, lay the cement road of the natural village, and install street lamps and global eyes in the main areas of the village. In 2005, it was awarded the first prize of "old village reconstruction and new village construction" by Nan'an City; in 2006, it was designated as the new rural construction demonstration village by Kangmei Town, Nan'an City, Quanzhou City; it was designated as the "information construction demonstration village" by China Telecom; and it was awarded the "2004 - In 2005, it was awarded "three advanced units of civilization construction"; Quanzhou City was awarded "well-off civilized village"; Fujian provincial Party committee was awarded "provincial advanced grass-roots party organization"; in 2007, Quanzhou City was awarded "2006" advanced unit of agriculture, rural areas and farmers "; Nan'an City was awarded" 2006 Special Contribution Award for new rural construction "; by the end of 2008, Lantian village had ten production groups, with a total of 10 units Population 3219, a total of 853 households, the natural population growth rate of 0.65%, the main economic sources of the villagers are agriculture, industry and migrant workers. The total industrial and agricultural output value is 140 million yuan, including 92.84 million yuan of industrial output value and more than 10 industrial enterprises. In the west of the village, the riverside area is dominated by agriculture, and in the East, it faces 307 provincial road, with developed industry and Commerce on both sides. Lantian village is a central village with simultaneous development of industry and agriculture. Its economy is directly affected by the radiation and influence of Kangmei honglai town and Quanzhou City.

Characteristic projects of economic development

"Century village rural information network service platform" is jointly developed by Nan'an new farmers training school and related companies under the leadership of Fujian governments at all levels and with the strong support of relevant departments. After more than three years, it is based on the investigation and research of rural areas in different regions of the country. The platform started planning at the end of 2006, started formal research and development at the end of 2007, and launched the financial section in March 2008. After its launch, it has been promoted in the whole Nan'an City. So far, it has been in 753 administrative villages in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province (including 26 towns and 416 administrative villages in Nan'an, 7 towns and 100 administrative villages in Quangang District, 16 towns and 295 administrative villages in Hui'an, 9 towns and 122 administrative villages in Shishi), Yongchun (22 towns, 236 administrative villages) have been put into use, and we plan to promote it in more than 2300 villages of Quanzhou City in 2009.

"Century village rural information network service platform" is mainly divided into "two modules". The first module is the module that serves the government free of charge. Future development plan
