The whole memorial hall adopts audio-visual and other multimedia equipment, combines the advantages of Jiangnan folk houses and the characteristics of the Party group, and integrates the "Qiantang River tide" and the preciseness of the Party group in the design tone and shape. The exhibition hall of "Chaoqi Qiantang" creates a magnificent scene with the wooden grid of "Qiantang River water" combined with the glass display frame; the five pointed star shape in the center combines with the map of Hangzhou to create the star visual effect of the space; the oval installation platform is equipped with multi-media electronic reading books, which echoes the movements of the wall panels. The exhibition hall of "Xinghuo Qiantang" meanders to the top with "Qiantang River", with hidden lighting to enhance the sense of space rhythm. The main wall of the exhibition hall uses artistic techniques to interpret the historical scene of No. 3 Pishi Lane in that year, and wax statues of meeting staff are set up, so that visitors can have a more intuitive understanding of the event.

It is reported that in order to ensure the overall optimization and improvement of the basic functions and living environment of the block, the Construction Bureau of Shangcheng District, the urban management office and Xiaoying street have determined the renovation idea of "connecting the line with the circle by the point" based on the reality, taking the Memorial Hall as the axis, reaching Fangguyuan in the south, Xiaoying Lane in the north, zhidafangbo in the East and Mashi street in the west to improve the Xiaoying lane, yingunban lane and yingunban Lane in the block as a whole In addition, Xiaoying lane, yinqianban lane and Fangguyuan lane are listed as the key improvement projects of characteristic back street lane. The CPC Hangzhou group memorial hall is located at No.3 Fangguyuan, Shangcheng District, close to Xiaoying Park, with convenient transportation. The museum consists of four exhibition halls

1、 Chaoqi Qiantang exhibition hall adopts 360 degree holographic imaging technology. Through the effect of light and shadow suspended in the air, it vividly reproduces the scene when the progressive students of Hangzhou first normal school founded Zhejiang Xinchao, the first progressive Journal of Zhejiang Province, during the May 4th Movement in 1919. The six LCD displays show the May 4th Movement in Hangzhou, the spread of Marxism in Hangzhou, the first division trend at home and abroad, the advanced intellectuals from Zhejiang, the Zhejiang labor movement and the Zhejiang Agricultural Movement. The physical part shows the flags used in the peasant movement at that time and the duels used for rent reduction.

2、 The four wax figures in the first part of Xinghuo Qiantang exhibition hall are even more vivid! They are Xu meikun, the founder of the Party group in Hangzhou. Party group leader: Yu Shude. Members of the Party group: jinfozhuang and Shen Gancheng. The scene of setting up the Party group meeting was based on the old photos. According to the ratio of 1:1, it really restored the front face of No. 3 Pishi lane at that time. Through the modern facilities such as computers and projectors, the five short films of underground Party's Secret signals vividly show the intelligence of the Communists! The photo wall uses 25 LCD screens to show the biographies of the party history figures in the new democratic period of Zhejiang Province in the form of photos and words through the effect of rolling play. The second part shows that the Party group of Hangzhou has become the core force leading the revolution in Zhejiang Province in the early days of its establishment, and finally formed a prairie fire in the whole province. The red library has a collection of nearly one thousand red books in the museum. The staff of the memorial hall have classified and numbered the collected books, which are convenient for tourists to borrow.

3、 Pentium Qiantang exhibition hall adopts 116 LCD frequency seamless splicing, which reproduces the tide of Qiantang River and indicates that the power of Hangzhou Party group is unstoppable like the surging Qiantang River! The visitors who came to visit and study all felt that the high-tech technique of this exhibition hall made people feel very shocked in the tide! In the courtyard stands a huge sculpture with a party flag fluttering in the wind as the background. In the form of high relief, it shows the image of Wei'an, the founder and three members of the Party group in Hangzhou. Many enterprises and institutions organize new party members to make solemn vows here!

4、 Today's Qiantang Exhibition Hall shows Hangzhou's proud achievements since liberation under the leadership of the party and the solicitude of four generations of national leaders for the development of Hangzhou in the form of light boxes and display boards.

The opening time of the memorial hall is from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00-11:30 a.m. and 2:00-5:00 p.m. (closed on Sunday and Monday). Since its opening, the memorial has been open to the public free of charge.
