Jintang Bridge
Jintang Bridge is a sea crossing channel connecting Zhoushan City and Ningbo town in Zhejiang Province of China. It is located in the Huibieyang sea area. It is one of the components of Ningbo Zhoushan Expressway (National Highway g9211) and one of the important components of Zhoushan sea crossing bridge project.
The construction of Jintang Bridge started on September 30, 2005;
On June 25, 2008, the closure project of the main bridge was completed, and the whole bridge section was connected;
It was put into operation on December 25, 2009.
Jintang Bridge starts from Jiaochuan junction overpass in the west, crosses Huibieyang sea area in the upper part, and ends at Jintang Island overpass in the East. The total length of the line is 21.029 km, and the length of the cross sea bridge beam is 18.415 km. The bridge deck is a two-way four lane Expressway with a design speed of 100 km / h.
Construction process
On September 30, 2005, the construction of Jintang Bridge started;

On December 6, 2006, the whole sinking project of Jintang Bridge was completed;
On December 31, Jintang Bridge completed the steel pipe pile sinking project.
On February 9, 2007, Jintang Bridge carried out non navigable span bridge engineering;
On March 18, Jintang Bridge completed the concreting of the first tower column upstream of the main pier.
On June 25, 2008, the closure project of the main bridge of Jintang Bridge was completed, and the whole bridge section was connected.
In May 2009, Jintang Bridge completed the installation of anti-collision guardrail for the main navigation hole;
On June 4, Jintang Bridge completed the asphalt pavement of the bridge deck to the west of the main road;
On July 7, Jintang Bridge completed the painting project of cable tower of main navigable span bridge;
On July 15, Jintang Bridge completed the asphalt pavement of the main line deck;
On November 2, Jintang Bridge was completed and accepted;
On December 25, Jintang Bridge was opened to traffic.
On March 30, 2010, the structural monitoring management system of Jintang Bridge passed the expert acceptance;
On June 10, the navigation aids for the maritime security system of Jintang Bridge passed the efficiency acceptance;
On September 28, the mechanical and electrical engineering of Jintang Bridge passed the acceptance.
Bridge location
Jintang Bridge is located in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, China. It starts from Jiaochuan junction overpass in Zhenhai District of Ningbo City in the west, crosses Huibieyang sea area in the East, and ends at Jintang Island approach overpass in the East. Its road is connected with Xihoumen Bridge in the East. The route of the bridge is Yongzhou Expressway < I (National Expressway g9211) < / I.

Overall layout
Jintang Bridge is composed of Main Navigable Bridge, Eastern Navigable Bridge, Western Navigable Bridge, sub Navigable Bridge, bridge tower, approach bridge and interchange ramp. The whole bridge section is arranged from northwest to Southeast.
Design features
Jintang Bridge is mainly divided into five parts: Main Navigable Bridge, Eastern Navigable Bridge, Western Navigable Bridge, sub Navigable Bridge and approach bridge.
Design parameters
The total length of Jintang Bridge is 21.029 km, including 18.415 km in the cross sea section. The main navigation holes are arranged with (77 + 218 + 620 + 218 + 77) m span. The full width of the box girder is 30.1 m, the beam height at the center line is 3.0 m, the total height of the cable tower is 204.0 m, and the height above the bridge deck is about 152.362 M. the bearing platform is 6.5 m thick, 56.78 m long and 34.02 m wide. Donghangkong bridge adopts (122 + 216 + 122) m span layout, with root beam height of 13.3 m, mid span beam height of 4.4 m, and double thin mid span of main pier of 8.8 M. The West navigation hole adopts (87 + 156 + 87) span layout, with the height of the root beam of 9.25m and the height of the middle beam of 3.4m.

In June 2009, Jintang Bridge was installed with street lamps. Among them, the lamp pole is made of high manganese steel plate, which has the characteristics of high strength and good toughness. The middle of the lamp pole is equipped with damping device, and the bottom is equipped with corrugated steel plate stiffeners to strengthen the root firmness.
Anti glare partition
As of July 2009, anti glare panels have been installed on Jintang Bridge to prevent drivers from glare when vehicles on opposite sides meet and ensure the driving of vehicles.

As of May 2010, 131 navigation aids have been set up in Jintang Bridge.

Fare system
Jintang Bridge is one of the components of Zhoushan sea crossing bridge project, and its charge is subject to the charge of Zhoushan sea crossing bridge.
In December 2009, the price bureau of Zhejiang Province determined the toll standard of Zhoushan sea crossing bridge, in which: the toll of class I vehicle is 100 yuan, plus the toll of Zhoushan Island vehicle is 10 yuan / vehicle / time, a total of 110 yuan. The total toll for class II vehicles is 200 yuan, plus the toll for Zhoushan Island, which is 20 yuan, totaling 220 yuan. The total toll for the three types of vehicles is 295 yuan, and the toll for Zhoushan Island vehicles is 20 yuan per vehicle per time, totaling 315 yuan. The total toll for the four types of vehicles is 345 yuan, and the toll for Zhoushan Island vehicles is 20 yuan per vehicle per time, totally 365 yuan. The total toll for the five types of vehicles is 395 yuan, and the toll for Zhoushan Island vehicles is 20 yuan per vehicle per time, totally 415 yuan. If the same vehicle goes back and forth for many times on the same day, the vehicle toll of Zhoushan Island will be exempted with the first paid ticket. During the trial operation period, the toll for small vehicles is 110 yuan (including 10 yuan for Zhoushan transportation fee) and that for large vehicles is 220 yuan (including 20 yuan for Zhoushan transportation fee).
Traffic matters
Jintang Bridge is located in the Huibieyang sea area. In bad weather, traffic control will be implemented or the bridge will be closed to traffic.

1. Jintang Bridge is the first super large bridge across the sea designed according to the new bridge specification in China. The structural safety and durability have been further guaranteed, and the construction objectives of advanced technology, safety and reliability, applicable durability and economic rationality have been achieved. Practical experience has been accumulated for the revision of the new specification in the future.
2. In order to meet the requirements of navigation, the main navigable span bridge of Jintang Bridge is the largest cable-stayed bridge built in China's harsh offshore environment, and also the largest cable-stayed bridge in the world's marine environment at that time.
3. It is an international precedent that steel corbel and steel anchor beam combination system is adopted for anchorage of stay cable tower end, which not only successfully solves the problem of anchorage zone cracking, improves structural durability, but also helps to reduce construction difficulty and ensure construction quality.
4. In order to solve the problem of on-site transportation and wharf transportation of 60m precast box girder, we have successfully developed the DLT900 tire conveyor with independent intellectual property rights, which is the largest span and the largest tonnage in China at that time. 5. The separation scheme of erection and transportation is adopted for 60m box girder of non navigable span bridge, which improves the safety degree of box girder transportation and construction. The maximum erection speed can reach 3 pieces / D, and ensures the construction efficiency of the bridge within the limited operation time in the sea area.
6. In this paper, the research on Precast Pier wet joint is carried out, and the pier wet joint materials, construction technology and maintenance measures are studied. The crack problem of pier wet joint is basically solved, and the structural durability is guaranteed.
Construction difficulties
The main difficulties and characteristics of Jintang Bridge construction are as follows: 1. The bad environmental conditions, strong tide, strong current and turbulent tide lead to the limited time of effective operation on the sea; 2.
