The three horizontal sections of the E-shape form a three row group house with slope top in the north-south direction. The hotel building is of brick and wood structure, and the architect runs through the wood frame in the whole building. Each floor of the three storey seaside hotel is about 4 meters high. The easy to see open corridor and the red slope top cover the veranda form a large area of concave convex contrast on the south facade towards the Bay, which also makes the whole building lighter.
