summary
Before the qixiaya mountain, there was a village named jieguanting on the side of the road. This was the village name changed later. The reason for the change was related to a heroic peasant uprising in history.
There has been an official road beside the village since ancient times. It is said that it is the main road to Sichuan. In ancient times, the mileage was calculated by pavilions. This is where a pavilion is located. Since it's a road leading to a distant place, it's no more than a mountain path. Only local pedestrians, officials and businessmen, gentry, shoulder husband and peddler, all kinds of people pass here. Different pedestrians stop in different places. Ordinary people live in roadside shops, and officials have their own official houses, which are generally called "halls". There is an official library in this place. When local people see officials resting here, they call it "Xieguan". After they have a village, they call it "xieguanting" after "Guan", or "xieguanting", which means "xieguanting". The meaning of the two names is similar, and the pronunciation is the same. No one cares about "xieguanting" seriously It's still "Xie Guan".
Jieguan Pavilion
In the early years of the Qing Dynasty, the people were in dire need of livelihood. In the seventh year of Shunzhi (1650), the Tangjiabo villagers in Qixia led an uprising against the Qing Dynasty and established five important strongholds with Yashan as the center. They once occupied ninghaizhou (today's Muping city) and surrounded Fushan City, making a great noise. In 1661, the Qing government sent three generals to suppress the uprising. In the first year of Emperor Kangxi (1662), he led his troops to mount Yashan to fight against the enemy. Finally, because he was outnumbered, he failed in February of that year. It is said that Yu Qi killed and retreated the Qing soldiers to attack many times according to Da Ya AI Zi Shi on ya mountain. After the failure of the uprising, the Qing soldiers killed every person on the mountain, and the corpses were everywhere. After the heavy rain of that year, the flood on the mountain flowed through the front of the village, and the river was bloody and frightening. The villagers who suffered from the war thought that "Xiegan" and "Xiegan" were homonymous with "Xueguan", so they changed "Xiegan" to "Jieguan" in order to turn the bad into the good. From then on, the village was called "Jieguan Pavilion"
