It was built in 1901. Private courtyard villas during the period of German occupation in Qingdao. It was originally prepared by the governor's office for the imperial justice Dr. gelpke. It covers an area of 1995.34 square meters, with a construction area of 637,50 square meters and a brick wood structure. There are two floors above the ground and one floor under the ground. There is an attic. It is irregular in shape. It is a villa with Chinese style decoration and German style architecture rarely seen in Qingdao.
