Design features

German three section public building, brick and wood structure, with a total construction area of about 1600 square meters. Granite wall base, ox tongue tile and sloping roof. The apartment is two stories high, with wooden arched windows on the first floor. The North facade is decorated with wooden balcony and exposed wood structure, and the attic has tiger windows. The facade is simple and full of changes, which is completed by the empty veranda in the middle and the eye-catching solid walls at both ends, and the huge red slope top is the most obvious sign. The central main building and the attic window opening in the middle of the top of the slope constitute the core part of the main facade. On the first floor of the apartment, there are four guest rooms with open corridors. On the north side are the living room and dining room. The cellar below has a kitchen. The spacious main staircase leads to the second floor with two suites and five military rooms. Except for one military room, there are no bathrooms and toilets in other military rooms. There is a tennis court in the south of the apartment and a garage in the West.
