Dajinwa temple, known as selton in Tibetan, is the earliest building of Ta'er temple, the main hall of Ta'er temple. Dajinwa temple is the highest authority of the religious organization in Ta'er temple. It is a Tibetan flat top building with an area of 1981 square meters, 13 rooms in width and 11 rooms in depth. It was first built in the 34th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1606), and then expanded several times. Finally, it was expanded into 168 pillars, and 110 pillars in the Sutra hall were decorated with colorful embroidery ribbons. In the Sutra hall, there are various Buddha statues, Buddhist story pictures and religious life pictures cut and embroidered with various kinds of silks and satins. The queti on both sides of the column head and the appendix forehead on the upper part are decorated with Tibetan style color paintings, with gorgeous colors everywhere, and various murals (scroll paintings) are hung. There are thousands of putuans in the Sutra hall, which can be used by more than 2000 lamas to chant scriptures. Hundreds of sutras are stored on the four wall frames, and thousands of small and exquisite bronze statues of Buddha are placed in the four wall shrines.

In front of the Sutra hall is a two-story Tibetan building. There are four zacang (colleges) in Dajing Hall: shennizacang (Xianzong College), founded in 1612, is the earliest and largest department to study Xianzong doctrine; jubazacang (Mizong College), founded in 1649, is the Department to study Mizong doctrine; dingkezacang (Shilun College), founded in the second year of Jiaqing Dynasty In 1817, it was the Department of studying astronomy, calendar and divination; mambazhacang (Medical College), founded in 1711, was the Department of studying medicine and treating diseases. The Sutra hall is not only the Sutra Hall of shennizacang, but also the hall where all the four lamas gather to chant sutras.
