Wang Xima Lane
Wangxima lane is a street lane in the west of Suzhou city. It is located in the west of Zhongjie road and the north of xibaihua lane. It is named after the official surnamed Wang who lived in the lane in the old days.

Wangxima lane is located in the north of xibaihua lane, east of Zhongjie Road, opposite to huarevetment Road, and west of Tangjia lane.
Place name allusion
In the old days, there were officials surnamed Wang who lived in the lane, so it was named Xi Ma. Wang Wei's "Gusu Zhi" and other works were all written in Wang Xima lane. The painting of Gusu, the painting of Suzhou City, the painting of Wu County and the painting of Suzhou are all marked with Wang Xima lane.
Current situation of streets and alleys
It is 368 meters long and 2.3 meters wide. It was originally elastic stone pavement, then hexagonal slab. In 1997, it was changed to special-shaped stone pavement, and now it is rectangular brick cement slab pavement.

No. 7 is Wan's house garden, namely Aiqing hall, which is now a city controlled antique building. No. 16 is Chunshen Jun temple, dedicated to Chunshen Jun Huang Xie of Chu state. No. 26, No. 28 and No. 30 are wanyilou, the former residence of Wang mingluan in the Qing Dynasty, which is now a city controlled antique building.
