Mr. hang Mingshi is recognized as a master of powder painting at home and abroad. He once served as the deputy director of the powder painting art committee of China Artists Association, and is now the honorary chairman of Suzhou Artists Association. Mr. hang Mingshi devotes himself to the promotion and popularization of powder painting art. He is enthusiastic about the development of powder painting in Suzhou, and donates his representative works of powder painting in various historical periods for more than 60 years to Suzhou for free. With the concern and attention of Suzhou municipal Party committee and government, hangmingshi powder painting art museum was opened on December 16, 2011, with a construction area of 1600 square meters, which is the first powder painting art museum in China. Since its official opening on September 28, 2012, the museum has actively played many functions, such as art exhibition, academic research, public education, etc., displayed 68 works donated by Mr. hang Mingshi for a long time, such as "drinking wine to celebrate the return" and "sunshine to share", planned and held exhibitions such as "cohesion - 2015 invitation exhibition of famous Chinese powder Painters (Suzhou)" and carried out "face to face with masters" powder painting salon It is a shining cultural card for Suzhou.
