In the old days, when there was a severe drought, the Taoist priest would choose an auspicious day. A mighty rain praying team was composed of highly respected men from the village. People wore willow hats, painted with five color facial makeup, knelt down barefoot at the mouth of the Dragon Cave, and reverently placed a bottle in the cave. After the drops of water from the rocks fell into the bottle, it meant that the drought was going to be lifted. This was what the ancients called "base moistening and flowing" The truth of "rain".
