Tombs of ancient castles
The Han Tombs in Gucheng Town, Yanggao County, Shanxi Province are located around the ancient castle 60 miles southeast of Yanggao County, including 25 Han Tombs on the East Bank of nanliyuangou river. There are 15 Han Tombs on both sides of the Strait, 8 northern Han Tombs in ancient castles and 10 Eastern Han Tombs in ancient castles. The tombs of the Han Dynasty are distributed in an area of 19 square kilometers with ancient towns as the center. The tombs in Xujiayao, jinjiawa, danjiayao and anjiazao are relatively concentrated. There are more than 60 existing buildings, with a height of about 4-6 meters and a perimeter of 30-50 meters. The preservation is basically complete. In September 1941, the Japanese, such as Yoshino Ono and Kiichi Mizuno, began to excavate the Han Tombs in the ancient city, and cleaned up six tombs twice. In 1943, a brief report was published on three of the tombs. The three tombs of the Han Dynasty are all wooden coffin tombs, with a passage and a patio. The patio is framed with square wood. Funerary objects are very rich, including bronze, pottery, lacquer, iron, bone and so on. There are five baht coins, silk cloth, belt hook, tomb Town, bronze mirror, linen cloth, boots, inkstone, Luo, ZA, seal, small chariot and horse model, etc. From the perspective of the shape of the tombs and the burial utensils, the ancient castle tombs should be the tombs of the early Western Han Dynasty.
