Diaowoyu

Diaowoyu is located 5 Li south of xi'atuo village, Qingyang Town, Zouping County, Shandong Province, with a deep and wide valley of 3 li. Since 1993, Qingyang Town has comprehensively developed the former site of Wangbo uprising in Yuzhong, forming three major landscapes of nature, humanity and temple culture.

Diaowoyu is the site of the first peasant uprising in the late Sui Dynasty (611 AD). The valley is deep and dangerous, and the scenery is very peculiar. Diaowoyu is connected with high mountains on three sides, only in the northwest corner is the yukou Shimen, which is more than 20 meters wide from east to west. It is said that the stone gate was built by Wang Bo during the uprising. It can be said that "one man is in charge of the gate, and ten thousand men are not allowed to open it". In the East and west of the stone gate, there are "ancient stone walls" (also known as stone city walls), which extend to both sides along with the mountain. They are about 2 Zhang high and 2 li long respectively. When you enter the stone gate, you can hear the murmur of the water, but you can't see the shadow of the water. There is a mountain stream in the southwest, with rocks crouching and water passing through the bottom of the stone, so it's called Qianlong stream.

In the west of Yubei mountain, there are nine peaks, which are very dangerous and strange. The cliffs are dripping, forming mountains and rivers connected with the marshes. Next to the nine peaks, there are wild flowers all over the East, with Acanthous grasses and sunny flowers blooming early in spring, which is called "yingchunling" in the world. At the top of Dongling Mountain, the boulders cluster and tilt, standing on the top of the mountain. From afar, it looks like a lotus in full bloom. It is called Lianhuatai (also known as lianhuafeng).

At the top of Yunan mountain, there are two huge stones in the East and the West opposite each other, which are similar to the door, and are known as "Tianmen" in the world. It is said that Bixia Yuanjun must pass this gate when he goes to "Taishan granny's house". There is Liuyu waterfall to the west of Tianmen. In summer, mountain torrents break out and pour down. The water is like ten thousand horses galloping. In Qingyang Town, more than ten miles away, you can hear its earth shaking roar and see thousands of Ren white training, just like the wonder of "the Milky way falling nine days".

There is a spring well in the triangle of xiashou in the north of the valley, which is called "Meijing" in the world. The water in the beautiful well is extremely sweet, and it will not dry up after a long drought. It is for tourists to drink. Many tourists draw water to go home and regard it as holy water, which can eliminate inflammation and diseases. The water of this beautiful well passes through Da Dongnan valley. There are more than 100 kinds of medicinal materials on the mountain. The root of the medicine is moistened and seeps into the well. The water contains many kinds of medicinal elements, so it has the effect of anti-inflammatory and disease elimination.

From the beautiful well, a stone pillar about two Zhang high stands abruptly in the flat place of the southeast Valley, which looks like a giant pen standing upside down, so it is called "Bi Jian Shi".

places of historic figures and cultural heritage

According to the natural landscape and special artistic conception of diaowoyu, the site of Wangbo uprising was restored in Qingyang Town in 1993. In the 3-mile-long valley from Shimen to Bixia temple, the sculptures "Wangbo Pavilion and Wangbo statue" were built, and the characters of Doufang of various genres were written. They were carved on cliffs and cliffs at different positions for tourists to appreciate and sightseeing. Among them, there are Shimen banner "diaowoyu Shimen" and couplet, the first couplet: Qingquan Shiliu's own interest, the second couplet: songfenglinhai's different days, all are regular script; "qianlongjian" is clerical script; "dianjiangtai" is regular script; "eliminate the tyrant and pacify the good, kill the rich and help the poor" is seal script; "Longtan" is regular script; "tiankaishengjing" is clerical script; "liangzoushan River leads the coquettish" is regular script; "jiufengfeng" is regular script "Yingchunling" is the regular script; "Fenghuiluzhuan" is the running script; "wofushi" is the running script; "Qujingtongyou" is the running script; "wangbobing Liangchu" is the official script; "bixiaya" is the running script.

Temple culture

Diaowoyu has "Wenchang Pavilion", "mountain temple" and "Bixia Temple". "Bixia Temple" includes "Shanmen", "songshenniangniang", "yunlianggu", "yiyangranny" and "Yuhuangge". In Bixia palace, there are more than 10 new and old inscriptions in Wanli of Ming Dynasty, Yongzheng of Qing Dynasty, Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, Daoguang of Qing Dynasty and Xianfeng of that year.

In 1993, diaowoyu mountain fair was resumed on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month. The week before that is the meeting period, and the ninth day of September is the last day. During the mountain Festival, famous troupes were invited to perform here to boost the fun. Local snacks have unique characteristics, and tourists come in an endless stream.

Diaowoyu has beautiful scenery, and more than 100000 tourists come here every year. It's a wonderful tourist destination.

Local characteristics

The mountain area is rich in local products, such as Qingyang millet, persimmon, persimmon cake, pure natural Jinghua honey, Zaohua honey and crisp mountain pancakes made from corn millet.
