Yang Zhenning's former residence
The former residence is located in an ancient lane in the South Street of Sanhe ancient town. During the Anti Japanese War, Yang Zhenning came to Sanhe with his mother and lived here. This is the only old residence of Professor Yang Zhenning in China.

Yang Zhenning
A famous physicist and the first Chinese Nobel laureate, he was born in siguxiang, Hefei in October 1922. In October 1957, he won the Nobel Prize in physics with Li Zhengdao for his discovery of the law of "non conservation of parity". He has long served as the president of the American Chinese Association and has made great contributions to the promotion of academic and cultural exchanges between China and the United States and between China and the West.
