General situation of the village

The village is located in the southwest of Yunxian Township, 17 km away from the township government. The road to the township government is the road, and the traffic is not convenient, 79 km away from the district. It is adjacent to huangzhulilin village in the East, Maliping village of Longtan Township across the river in the south, ganba village in the West and Dadi village in the north. It has jurisdiction over 10 villager groups including Yingpanshan and dashing.

The road from the village to the township government is a dirt road; the road to the village is a dirt road; the main roads in the village are not hardened; 17 km from the nearest station and 17 km from the market. There are 7 cars, 32 tractors and 46 motorcycles in the village. The effective irrigation area of the whole village is 160 mu, and the effective irrigation rate is 3.42%, including 146 mu of high and stable yield farmland and 0.09 mu of high and stable yield farmland per capita.

By the end of 2008, there were 150 households with biogas digesters, 44 households with solar energy, 52 small water cellars, and 55 households with "one pool, three changes" (changing kitchen, toilet and stables). Among them, 94 households live in brick and wood structure houses, 296 households live in civil structure houses, and 3 households live in other structure houses.

In 2008, the village's total rural economic income was 7.9337 million yuan, including 5.3916 million yuan from planting, accounting for 67.96% of the total income; 2.1081 million yuan from animal husbandry, accounting for 26.57% of the total income (including 3240 pigs, 27 beef cattle and 405 mutton sheep); 158400 yuan from forestry, accounting for 2% of the total income; 158400 yuan from secondary and tertiary industries, accounting for 2% of the total income. The per capita net income of farmers is 1625 yuan, and the main income of farmers is planting and animal husbandry.

Population health

By the end of 2008, there were 388 households with a total population of 1637, including 877 males and 760 females. Among them, there are 1637 agricultural population and 1061 labor force. There are 506 Yi people and 63 Bai people in the village.

By the end of 2008, 1383 people had participated in the rural cooperative medical system, with the participation rate of 84.48%, and 139 people had enjoyed the minimum living security. The medical treatment of villagers mainly depends on the village health center, which covers an area of 60 square meters and has two rural doctors. The village is 17 kilometers away from the township health center.

cultural education

By the end of 2008, the village had built a primary school with a building area of 2600 square meters, 7 teachers and 50 students, 17 kilometers away from the township middle school. There are 121 students in rural compulsory education in the whole administrative village, including 73 primary school students and 48 middle school students.

Making village affairs public

By the end of 2008, 374 agricultural contracts had been signed in the village. The contracted area of rural land was 2984.35 mu, including 95 mu of land circulation area. The system of "one case, one discussion" has been established for the construction of rural public welfare undertakings. Among them, 13075 workers (8 workers per capita) have been raised by one discussion. At the end of the year, the total collective income was 20000 yuan, and the fixed assets was 101200 yuan. The rural financial management implemented self-management, regularly carried out village affairs publicity, and set up a democratic financial management group, which was mainly made public by pasting announcements and blackboard newspapers.
