Fuqing Temple
Fuqing temple is located in cangyan mountain scenic spot, a national scenic spot 40 kilometers south of Jingxing county. It is adjacent to luanjia mountain in the East, zhuhuiling mountain in the west, Tiantai Mountain in the South and luantai slope across Sigou River in the north. It covers an area of 2.46 million square meters with an altitude of 983 meters. The geographical coordinates are 113 ° 48 'e and 38 ° 13' n. Fuqing temple, formerly known as Xingshan temple, is said to be an ancient Taoist temple of Guanyin Bodhisattva.
Historical evolution
According to the earliest extant inscriptions in the first year of Qianxing (1022) of the Song Dynasty, the well preface to the newly built Fuqing temple on cangyan mountain in Dahua township of Jingxing County, the original Fuqing temple was built by whom and by whom, which had lost the basis of assessment in the Xianping period of the Northern Song Dynasty (998-1003). The inscription also records that Quan Yue, a monk of Huayan sect in Wutai Mountain, came here to rebuild the temple in 1002. From the bridge hall to the north is Fuqing temple. The main building of the temple is Nanyang Princess temple. It is said that Nanyang princess lived here at that time. The temple is 3 rooms wide and 1 room deep, with a single eaves and a yellow green glazed roof. In the middle of the three niches on the front of the temple sits the painted statue of Nanyang princess, with a leisurely look. On both sides of the temple, there are four standing girls, with different and lifelike looks. The gables are also painted with colorful murals of the princess's self-cultivation and salvation. Another deep cave is said to be the princess's bedroom.

In addition, from wanxiantang to Gushi Gubai, a winding road about one li long in the East Tianmen Mountain was built. In 1988, Cangyanshan scenic spot was announced as a national key scenic spot by the State Council.
In Jingxing county annals published by Hebei People's Publishing House in 1986, Mr. Meng FanFeng, researcher of Hebei Institute of cultural relics. In the palace of heavenly king, the paintings are all 4.65x2.05m. The contents of the two murals are the fairy tales of Nanyang princess. Generally, it can be divided into eight parts: etiquette, distress, hair cutting, cultivation, manifesting, Chifeng, Youmin and Xingyu. From the coherence of content and the same style of painting, the paintings of the two walls should be made by a folk artist in the late Qing Dynasty. They seem to forget the strictness of the Buddhist world and their own level, and play the moving fairy music to their heart's content. Their images are cordial and pleasant, rather than cold, stalemate and unattainable. This group of colorful sculptures and the successful works of the eighteen Arhats show the author's exquisite skills and the considerable level of realism.

Fuqing temple is located in cangyan mountain, a famous tourist attraction in Hebei Province. It has unique peaks, different rocks and quiet valleys. The combination of natural landscape and cultural landscape here constitutes the famous "Sixteen sceneries of cangyan mountain", attracting people step by step. According to the mountain, the building is full of twists and turns. It skillfully uses the terrain and features. If it is appropriate to build, it will be built. If it is appropriate to empty, it will be empty. It will decorate the nature harmoniously and appropriately. The qiaolou hall, which is a group of buildings with high artistic value, fully embodies the superb architectural art and rich aesthetic values of ancient times. According to its spatial layout, Fuqing temple complex can be divided into three levels: lower, middle and upper. The main building is in the middle between the cliffs.
In Fuqing temple, the ancient cypresses are vigorous, majestic and straight, and the white sandalwood is covered with rocks. Sandalwood is a unique and precious tree species in cangyan mountain. It has developed root system, thin skin, empty heart and strange shape, forming another landscape of Fuqing temple. Fuqing temple has a long history, many historical sites, and also has a legend about the "goddess of cangyan" Nanyang Princess (folk name is sanhuanggu), which makes the incense prosperous for a long time. In history, Fuqing temple is one of the largest temples in linjizong. In addition, it has been expanded and repaired in the past dynasties, which has accumulated rich historical and cultural connotations. In front of the Mountain Gate of Fuqing temple, Baihe spring gushes out from the stone bars on the bank and flows into the ditch of the temple. Dishui cliff and jueyinggu waterfall on the upper left of yulongchi in Fuqing temple stand on the cliff, and the water drops fall down on weekdays, which looks like "flying rain in the sky". The middle-level buildings are linggong palace, Longwang temple, Tianwang hall, qiaolou hall, Dashiqiao, LIFO hall, Zhandao, dressing building, Guandi temple, sutra building, Yanxia mountain house, Zisun hall, Xianxian temple and lianhuajing Tower, Princess temple, Monkey King Temple, Nantianmen, dongyaomen, etc. The design and construction of the main bridge Hall of the temple has high artistic value. The qiaolou hall is built on a cliff with a height of more than 20 feet, facing the north and the south. There are three single hole curved stone bridges flying here. Two of them have two buildings of the same shape and different size, namely the Tianwang hall and qiaolou hall. The qiaolou hall is high and precipitous, with exquisite structure. It is a two-story hall, with five rooms wide and three rooms deep. The double eaves rest on the top of the mountain. The roof of the hall is glazed tile, and the ridge is glazed flower ridge. There are murals in the hall, Liang Fang painted, resplendent. Under the bridge for a long stream, built stone pedal more than 360 levels. At the end of the stone steps, the building of the heavenly king hall is beautiful and colorful. The cursive gold couplet of "there is no lamp in front of the hall, with the moon shining, and the mountain gate is not locked, waiting for the clouds" hangs high in front of the hall, natural and elegant.
