Laba river is a national nature reserve. Founded in 1963, with a total area of 234.34 square kilometers, it is located in the southern foot of Jiajin mountain and the southern edge of Longmen Mountain and Qionglai mountain. It is a high mountain and deep valley zone from Sichuan basin to Western Sichuan Plateau.

The scenic spot is located in Tianquan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, connecting Kangding and Luding in the west, Baoxing in the north and Chengdu 180 km in the East. There are more than 30 hectares of Davidia involucrata pure forest belt in Baiyangou. Davidia involucrata, Lianxiang tree and other rare plants are widely distributed in the area from baoheyangou to Yinchang. With the increase of altitude, the vertical distribution of vegetation is obvious.

There are 46 species of mammals, 164 species of birds, 7 species of fishes and 14 species of reptiles in the reserve. Among them, there are 32 species of national first and second level key protected wildlife, including giant panda, takin, golden monkey, red panda, water deer, leopard, Sichuan Shaanxi zheluo salmon, etc. At present, the animal populations in the area are mainly takin and water deer, which are distributed in most areas of the area. Giant panda is distributed in the vast area from suosopenggou to Shibangou, but the population number is small.

Laba river is a natural gene bank of rare wild animals and plants. The rock wall of Beimu mountain stretches for more than ten miles, hundreds of feet high and magnificent. There is a confrontation between green bees and waterfalls in the gorge. The waterfall group of Laba river is hidden in the valley. In suosopenggou, luzigou, Mofanggou, yinchangping and other places, there are hundreds of cattle (antelopes) licking nitrate and a group of deer (water deer) playing in the water, which are quite spectacular and full of interest. There are monkeys playing and pheasants flying in the forest. The Azalea Forest is colorful. Deer pond

Luchi is located at 2400 meters above sea level, on a relatively flat hillside. It is a high mountain lake with a radius of nearly 10 mu. Because the wild deer often rest and drink here, it gets its name.

The first thing that catches our eyes is a big stone engraved with two powerful characters written in regular script - deer pond. The octagonal pavilion built in the forest on the left side of the stone according to the gully and made of wood gives people the feeling of simplicity and retro. It is called drinking deer Pavilion. Yindonghai

The silver cave is the cave left by the previous excavation of silver. The silver hole is about ten meters deep. The tunnel in the tunnel is steep. Yindonghai is a high mountain lake with an altitude of 2300 meters. It is called "Hai" because it is opposite to "Luchi".

I can not only feel the tranquility and harmony of the lake, but also enjoy the pleasure of boating and fishing. There is also a golden cave in the hidden mountain, which is more than 40 meters deep. Wild monkeys often come and go here to look for food and chase. You can see their every move clearly in the pavilion.

Jiaoshan

Jiaoshan is the main peak of Laba River scenic area, with an altitude of more than 3700 meters. It is mainly famous for its ten thousand mu Rhododendron, ten thousand li cloud sea and ten thousand Zhang Jinshan. At the viewing platform of Jiaoshan, which is more than 3700 meters above sea level, you can see the mountains in the distance, the top of which is level with your own line of sight. You can see the mountains from afar, the top of which is like a boat. It looks small and quiet in the vast sea of clouds. The sea of clouds is rolling around, like the waves in the sea, more like hearing waves in your ears. At this time, a red sun slowly rises from the opposite mountain peak, and the outline of the mountain top is clearly outlined.
