Qinhuangdao Wildlife Park
Qinhuangdao wildlife park is built in the coastal national forest park between Qinhuangdao and Beidaihe, covering an area of 344 hectares and 334 hectares. It is adjacent to Bohai Bay in the East, pigeon nest in Beidaihe in the south, Jingshan railway in the West and Asian Games Village in the north. There are more than 150 species and 7000 animals from home and abroad in the park. Green peafowl
Green peacocks, an endangered wild animal in the world, continue to breed in Qinhuangdao wildlife park. They have grown from more than 20 in 1949 to 80, becoming the largest group of green peacocks in China. The common name of Green Peacock: Peacock, yueniao, Java Green Peacock; the largest pheasant, weighing 7000-8000 grams. The male is about 140 cm long and the female is about 100 cm long. The male has Turquoise blue-green plumage and a copper luster on the back. The top of the head has a cluster of upright crests. The tail is covered with feathers and stretched to form a tail screen, which can reach more than 1 meter. There are more than 100 pieces, and eye-shaped stripes of purple, yellow, blue and green, forming the unique tail screen of peacock. When the screen is opened, it appears extremely gorgeous and dazzling. jaguar
Jaguars live in the south of the United States, mainly in the rainforests and savannahs of South America. Mainly in Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Paraguay, Panama, El Salvador, Uruguay, Guatemala, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Venezuela, Suriname and French Guiana. Asian elephant
There is only one species of Asiatic elephant, also called Indian elephant, distributed in South and Southeast Asia. Elk
Elk is a unique animal in China and a rare animal in the world. It is good at swimming and has wide four hooves.
