They specially renovated the century old houses to offer memorial tablets and portraits.
brief introduction
In the third year of the Qing and Jia dynasties, Wu Sha led the Han nationality townships of Zhang, Quan and Yue to come from wushigang to reclaim Lanyang. He built a Tucheng Touwei (today's Toucheng) in the south of the port as a base for reclamation. At the beginning, he often had disputes with the gamalans. The next year, Wu Sha was rescued by medicine for smallpox. The gamalans were grateful and continued to reclaim.
In order to commemorate Wu shazai's work in Lanyang, his former residence was renovated and built. At present, there are still descendants living in it. Laid the foundation of Kailan, so it is known as the first person of Kailan.
history
In the early days, Lanyang area was a barren place, and the first person who opened it was Wu Sha. At that time, Wu Sha led hundreds of people to come here all the way. Up to now, the people of Lanyang still don't forget the ancestor of Kailan. After Wu Sha came to Lanyang, he chose to build a Sanheyuan, a former residence of Wu Sha, here in the four cities. Wu Sha's former residence is for the purpose of reclamation and sustainable management. Later, the descendants of the Wu family also worked hard on the land of Wu Sha's former residence. At present, Wu Sha's former residence has been changed into a public hall, in which there are portraits of Wu Sha and plaques given by local celebrities. It's really a simple feeling when you stop here.
As soon as you enter Wu Sha's former residence, you can see the yellow walls, wooden tables, chairs and God tables. Everything is so simple. It's not easy to reclaim land. Everything starts from scratch. At that time, it was only with your own hands that you built your own home. It's just like the writer of the American wilderness trilogy who wrote about the feeling of coming to the great west of the United States. Maybe this is how you can feel the beauty of this land.
