Anhui Grand Theater

Anhui Grand Theater is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Huizhou Avenue and Wuhu Road in Hefei city. It was designed in 1981, completed and put into use in 1985. It is one of the landmark buildings in Hefei city. In 2001, due to the aging of internal equipment and peeling off of wall decoration, it was redecorated and renamed "Anhui Grand Theater". Anhui Grand Theater is the best performing place in Hefei, and has been rated as the national advanced cultural unit by the Ministry of culture for many times.

Construction

In 2001, in order to improve the internal facilities of the theater, improve the comprehensive service function, and meet the diversified development needs of the new century, Anhui theater was comprehensively renovated and decorated according to the concept of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government. A large conference and performance center with brilliant modern flavor and the spirit of the times, which is comparable to the large-scale domestic theater, was built in the original main body of Anhui theater On the basis of the framework, it has taken on a new look and changed its name to Anhui Grand Theater.

Anhui Grand Theater is located in the downtown area of Hefei City, covering an area of 16500 square meters, with a total construction area of 15000 square meters. The auditorium has 1631 seats, including 961 downstairs, 608 upstairs and 62 boxes on both sides. The platform is 8 meters high, 15.5 meters wide and 20 meters deep; the lift music pool is 3.2 meters × 13.8 meters, and there is a 2 × 17 meters lift platform 10 meters away from the curtain, which can rise to 1.5 meters high; there are 48 electric hangers with a spacing of 30 cm; there are two 120 inch electronic screens at the platform; the dimming system has 240 silicon channels and blue gram dimming platform. The conference sound system is equipped with imported equipment.

Related facilities

There are two dressing rooms and two dressing rooms in the backstage, two VIP dressing rooms, including the aisle dressing table, which can provide 70 people to make up at the same time. The VIP building has two reception rooms (56 seats, 12 seats) and a conference room (about 100 seats).

The Grand Theater has automatic sprinkler and intelligent water cannon fire extinguishing system, indoor and outdoor safety monitoring, fire alarm and fire monitoring system, two 650000 kcal / h water-cooled screw chillers and three air-conditioning units, which are connected with the municipal heating system, and can provide a safe and comfortable viewing environment for the audience.

The Grand Theater square is nearly 5000 square meters, meeting the parking needs of the audience (150-200 vehicles). It can also hold outdoor performance, promotion and other activities.

Basic lighting (two surface lights and ear lights), Sound Gallery sound system, side light hanger, electric boom, first dressing room, aisle dressing table, dressing room (two rooms), 90 band chairs are provided free of charge, and professional and technical personnel are provided to assist in using the above facilities and equipment. Lighting and sound are provided free of charge.

2. The lift pool and lift platform are free of charge for one-time positioning use, and fees are required for the lift of performance. When renting the electronic large screen, the computer input of the text should be completed by the lessee.

3. When using the theater, the hirer must obey the management of the theater and shall not damage the existing stage facilities and seats of the theater. In case of any damage, compensation shall be made according to the price. The basic lighting provided by the theater free of charge, if the bulb is damaged in use, the rental unit should replace it in time or compensate at a discount.

4. After the meeting, if a film is shown or a performance is performed, the rental fee shall be calculated together.

5. During the period of continuous rental, if there is spare time, 5000 yuan will be charged for each section.

6. According to the installation time of the rented performance, one hour of dismantling time will be given for each performance, and 1500 yuan / hour will be charged for overtime dismantling.

7. The fire safety agreement of the stage must be signed when the performance is entering the rental venue; the rental unit is responsible for informing the staff to take good care of their belongings; the box lunch is strictly prohibited to be brought into the Grand Theater.

8. Rent in holidays and peak seasons, and the price rises by 10%.

9. It is forbidden to set off fireworks and use open fire in the theater. It is not allowed to place mixer, dimmer and special lamps in the safe passage. If you need to occupy a seat, you need to inform the hospital in advance and make ticketing arrangements.

10. Before renting the stage, please read the notes for Anhui Grand Theater to use the stage carefully.

11. The performance staff of the renter should wear the entrance card (the card is made by the renter and approved by the theater marketing department).

12. If the relevant registration procedures are handled by the hospital, a certain fee will be charged.

Theater functions

For many years, Anhui Grand Theater has been undertaking important meetings and all major celebration activities of Anhui provincial Party committee, provincial government, provincial people's Congress and provincial people's Political Consultative Conference. Famous literary and artistic groups and artists at home and abroad have appeared on the stage to perform. As the political and cultural activity center of Anhui Province, Anhui Grand Theater is making due contributions to the prosperity and development of Anhui cultural undertakings.

 

Honors

In June 2020, it was awarded the title of "the 12th civilized unit of Anhui Province" by Anhui spiritual civilization construction Steering Committee.
