Tengtou ecotourism area, which is embedded between Fenghua and Xikou, is close to jiangba highway and Yonglin highway. It is located in Xiaojiang plain and the Bank of Shanxi river. Located 6 kilometers north of Fenghua City, 27 kilometers away from Ningbo and 15 kilometers to the airport. It is 12 kilometers away from Xikou. It has formed a unique eco-tourism area with "ecological agriculture", "three-dimensional agriculture" and "blue water, blue sky" greening projects, and enjoys great reputation at home and abroad. Since 1993, it has won more than 40 national honors, including the first batch of national civilized villages, national environmental education bases, national ecological demonstration areas and the first batch of 4A tourist attractions.

Development history

Tengtou, a village of 296 households, 787 people, 6500 migrant population, 800 mu of arable land, covers an area of 1.2 square kilometers. In the past, it was famous for its poverty, "you Nan does not marry in Tengtou village, and young posterity is single.". But Tengtou people rely on intelligence and hard work. With the spirit of "hard work, never satisfied, good at both hands, till the end of the plough", we have become a well-off model village of "one kind every year, changing every year, becoming more and more decent, and setting an example for the whole country". The per capita income reached 13095 yuan. The village has become one of the first batch of "4A" eco-tourism areas in China, and has been rated as "top 500 global eco-tourism areas" by the United Nations. Party and state leaders, famous people at home and abroad, and tourists came one after another. General Secretary Jiang Zemin spoke highly of "a great village" during his inspection. A poet wrote a poem: "green mountains and clear waters are better than Taoyuan; beautiful days and fragrant flowers are in spring all the year round; where can we find fairyland in the world?
