Taiyi Cave Scenic Spot is located in jiangjiadong village, 5 kilometers south of Xianning Hot Spring, 86 kilometers away from Wuhan. The cave is 3.6 million years ago. It is said that it was dug and chiseled by Taiyi immortal for the benefit of the people. The main cave is more than 2000 meters long, with 8 branch caves and more than 100 scenic spots. There are more than 40 main scenic spots in the cave, such as Taiyi statue, kunpengzhanyi, Bishan sword, suwu shepherd, Tianci Shengu, Jinxiu Great Wall, Wolong pool, Guanyin zuolinian, Zhenyao tower, etc. Among them, the four scenic spots, such as high mountains and flowing water, natural stone waterfall and so on, are the most popular in karst caves. There is also a hall that can accommodate ten thousand people. There are holes in the cave, and there are lakes in the cave. The caves are connected with each other, which can be called "the first cave in Chutian".

The total length of the main cave is more than 2000 meters, with 8 branch caves and more than 100 scenic spots. The main features of the karst caves are "beautiful, strange and exquisite", which are in the north-south direction and run through the front and back naturally. The 5 branch caves are in the southeast direction, with a length of about 1800 meters. In the cave, there are not only an open and rugged hall that can accommodate ten thousand people, but also winding alleys that lead to seclusion. The highest part is about 20 meters, and the widest part is more than 30 meters. There are many stalagmites and stalagmites in the cave, which are like a fairyland on earth. The vivid portrait of Taiyi, the lingering God drum, the parrot sitting on the island watching the tide, the majestic stone waterfall, the towering Pearl Tower, the stalagmite group where the immortals meet, the lifelike Wolong pool, the Kunpeng spreading wings and so on are amazing.

Now I'm sorry to trouble the eight immortals again."

When people from Jiangjia village heard the news, they saw that the cave was about to grow. They caught Jiang gongzu's butt. They didn't have time to ask about the situation and dragged him out. In the end, the man was dragged out, but there was no skin on his buttocks, only a few bones left. They carried him home to cure him.

When Taiyi saw that Jiang gongzu was trapped, he accepted the magic. Therefore, there is still a slit left unsealed. The thin man, leaning on his side, could walk. As like as two peas in the cave, the water flow just crashed, and the waterfall that had fallen down was gone. But its traces are still the same as the true waterfall. People call it stone waterfall. But the fury of the waterfall did not stop. When people walk into the cave, a hundred meters away from the stone waterfall, they hear the sound of running water. Taiyi put the broken stone chopping sword in the cave, then went through several dark holes, drained the water from the basin, and drove Xiangyun back. Taiyi cave external landscape, Jiang gongzu was carried home, prone in bed, groaning pain, and soon fell asleep. When I woke up, I suddenly felt that the pain in the injured area disappeared. He told the man by the bed that he had just had a dream in which he saw the old man who lent him the sword. The old man claimed to be an immortal in the sky, and his name was immortal Taiyi. Because he was selfish and didn't want to benefit the people in the surrounding villages, he got his punishment. Let's tell you, it's thanks to Taiyi that the cave can be connected with water today. It's Taiyi who used magic to get through the long cave in the north. He taught the whole village not to be selfish, but to drain the water in the basin and let the people around to reclaim the land. The water flowing from the cave to the north of the mountain is also used to irrigate other fields. So that everyone can have a good harvest every year, and the people in the villages around Shiwu mountain can have a good life. Jiang gongzu said that in the end, Taiyi told him that in order to prevent demons from entering the cave again, his stone statue was left in the cave to suppress demons and ghosts; the cave was warm in winter and cool in summer, so people could go in for summer.

Tourism information

From Wuhan Wuchang Hongji passenger station and Hankou Xinhua road long distance passenger station, there are many trains to Xianning, with a journey of about 90 km, about 2 hours; Wuchang railway station also has 11 passing trains to Xianning every day, with a journey of more than 40 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes from Xianning Hot Spring to Taiyi cave.
