Qinghua temple flower pagoda is located at the south foot of Longgong mountain, 2.5 kilometers north of beiluoping village, Laishui county. It stands on the cliff platform about 100 meters south of the original Qinghua Temple Mountain Gate. Now Qinghua temple has been destroyed, only this tower remains. The flower pagoda is a brick structure, with a height of 13 meters and a girth of 19.2 meters. It has an octagonal base. The Xumi seat on the base is 3.4 meters high, and each corner of the waist is carved with a statue of Li Shi. Each side of the pot door is equipped with two different forms of musical instruments, such as blowing, pulling, playing and dancing. Above the girdle, double copied five pavilions are used to make a special carving bucket arch to support the flat seat. The flat seat is used to hook columns at each corner of the fence, and each side is used with an inter column. The balustrade is geometrically decorated, with a plain flat seat on the top and a tower body on the flat seat. It is 3.6 meters high. There are four arches on the front, one flying sky is carved at each corner of the vault, and the other four corners are equipped with straight edged false windows. Each corner of the tower is set with semicircle leaning columns, and the first layer of tower eaves and bucket arches are supported on it. Above the bucket arches are brick carved rubber flying, which is covered with a cloth tile top. Above the first eaves to the top of the tower is a circular eaves composed of eight brick niches, each of which is carved with three longevity peaches in a triangle. From the second floor to the seventh floor, there are 16 niches on each floor, and the eighth floor is reduced to 8, with a total of 120 small niches. Then it converges upward layer by layer to form a circular tower brake. The original date of the tower is unknown, but from the analysis of its shape and architectural style, it is a relic of the Liao Dynasty. It was announced as a cultural relic protection unit in Hebei Province in 1993. On June 25, 2001, the flower pagoda of Qinghua temple, as an ancient building of Liao Dynasty, was approved by the State Council to be listed in the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
