Islamic tombs
Located on lingshuiwan beach at the junction of Lingshui County and Sanya City, the group of tombs extends to fanlingpo of Sanya, with more than 40 tombs.
brief introduction
In the Sui and Tang Dynasties, Lingshui Bay was a supply station on the "maritime Silk Road". There used to be a Persian village where ancient Persians lived temporarily. At that time, the Persians who died in navigation were buried on the beach here. These tombstones all face south, generally 0.45 meters high, some 0.63 meters high. The tombstones are made of coral stones, some of which clearly retain Arabic inscriptions. The bodies of the Islamists were buried in the tunnel on the beach. The bodies bent their knees to the west to pay homage to the heaven of the Western Islamists.
