Seda Wuming Buddhist College, full name is Seda Larong Wuming Buddhist College, abbreviated as Wuming Buddhist College (all the Buddhist colleges that teach Wuming have Wuming Buddhist College): it is located about 20 kilometers southeast of Seda County in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, with an altitude of 3600 meters. Surrounded by many mountains, the monk's house in the ditch, centered on the Sutra Hall of the Buddhist College, is densely built on all sides of the hillside. A large number of crimson cabins are rolling and magnificent. These small red wooden houses are the residences of 5000 monks (the monks are called Zaba, while the nuns are called juemu, the venerable women). It and Yaqing temple are among the top large temples.
Founded by King pengcuo of Jinmei in 1980, seta larongwuming Buddhist College has risen rapidly from a deep valley in the Tibetan area in just 30 years, and has become the largest Tibetan Buddhist College in the world. brief introduction
Saida Wuming Buddhist College, whose full name is the Wuming Buddhist College of Larong temple in Saida County, also referred to as "Saida Wuming Buddhist College", is mistakenly called Wuming Buddhist College (many big temples have Wuming Buddhist College): Dejiang Duoji built the Buddhist College here in 1880, and set up the teaching and Cultivation building of Ningma school. In 1980, king of France, Jin Mei, Peng CuO and Ji Xiangxian, founded a large College of Buddhist Studies at the place of practice of Rinpoche, the first lord of Dharma. At that time, there were only more than 30 people.
In 1987, the tenth Panchen Lama expressed his support for the establishment of a Buddhist Academy here and wrote to the government of seta County in person, asking for support. In 1993, Zhao Puchu, President of China Buddhist Association, wrote the name of the college. In 1993, it was called "the largest Buddhist College in the world" by the US newspaper Le Monde. In 1997, the Religious Bureau of Ganzi Prefecture reported to the Religious Bureau of Sichuan Province for approval, and officially approved the establishment of the "five Ming Buddhist College of Seda Larong Temple". There are two kinds of long-term and short-term study in Buddhist College. The long-term study period is six years, while the special degree takes 13 years. If the students pass the single subject examination of various disciplines, the school can award the degree of Kanbu (MAGE). There are many prominent students in the Han area in the Buddhist College, so there is also a Han Scripture college, which is taught by Kanbu in Chinese. Although monks come from different regions, they all live in peace.
Seda county is a place where Tibetan Buddhist temples are concentrated. All of them are red religions. Local people have the saying that "the mountains and rivers of Seda are red.". The monks' houses here are spectacular. The valley stretching for several kilometers is full of small wooden shacks. There are several temples and Buddhist halls at the bottom of the valley and on the ridge. Although the building scale is not very large, the decoration is exquisite and brilliant. Lamas and nuns in red robes come and go, and the air is full of vitality and peace.
On the highest peak of the Buddhist Academy, there is a magnificent building called "Mandala". Mandala is the Sanskrit name of Mandala, which means a place for people to turn their scriptures. It is said that if you have any disease, it can be cured by turning it for a hundred times; the lower layer is the turning cylinder, which makes a long creaking sound after people's dry hands turn.
legend
More than 200 years ago, the great achiever duozhugen sangyinpeng wrote in the prophecy of the future: "on the day of seta, Wujin incarnated in the name of Jinmei, and was given to the four Bodhisattvas, who showed the secret and the dharma as high as the mountain of tomorrow's life, and the pure disciples spread all over the world, and those who got married with them had bliss.". "Se" here refers to Seda, "a" refers to alla mountain on the left side of the college, "Dang" refers to Dangjin mountain on the right side of the college, "Tian" refers to Shutian goddess mountain in front of the college, "Lagou" refers to laronggou where Shutian goddess lives. The name, address and career of the king of France were recorded in this prophecy.
In 1880, Dejiang Duoji built the Buddhist Academy here, and set up the Ningma school's lecture building. It's said that dozens of people have made a rainbow here.
The annual day for Dharma protection. At eight o'clock in the morning, thousands of monks, holding various banners, climbed Mount Wutai of the college according to the area of their houses. Wutai Mountain in the Institute is the holy land where the king of Dharma welcomed the Five Sacred Mountains in Tibet and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in Wutai Mountain in Han Dynasty with special reasons a few years ago. It has incredible blessing power and is known as Wutai Mountain in Tibet. It is said that more than 100 years ago, the first emperor of the world was entangled in the law of heaven and the protection of the law of heaven, and the goddess of protection arrived at Luho. Finally, the mediation was made by the local great achievements, and the two sides finally reached an agreement: the disciples of the king of pearl beads were in the Tibetan calendar of June 26th (that is, the day when the two sides reconciled, and the return of the daughter of heaven to Lama). In order to protect the Dharma, the heavenly daughter can no longer make trouble. The wind has not stopped for nearly 20 years.

College situation
In 1980, the king of France, Jinmei pengcuo, was founded. In 1987, master Panchen personally wrote a letter to seta county government, officially approving the establishment of a Buddhist College here, and granted the name of "seta larongwuming Buddhist College". In 1993, Zhao Puchu, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference and President of the Chinese Buddhist Association, happily wrote the name of "seta larongwuming Buddhist College" in Chinese for the college. More than 20 kilometers away from the county seat of Seda, there is a ravine called laronggou. On both sides of the pass are more than ten white pagodas arranged in order. The so-called pagodas are generally the places where scriptures are put and Buddhas are offered. A few miles up the gully, under the blue sky and between the green grass on the Silver Ridge, there are thousands of red wooden houses, surrounded by several splendid halls like stars and the moon. It is the larongwuming Buddhist College hidden in the deep mountain. When I just entered the mountain, I was stunned by its magnificence. The valley stretching for several kilometers is full of dense red wooden huts. These are all here The dormitories of lamas (male monks) and Chueh mu (female monks) who practice and study, and the lamas and Chueh Mu who wear red robes come and go. The air is full of vitality and peace.
Because there are few tourists here, the facilities of the hotel are also very simple. The best rooms are only three beds and an electric light. There is no running water, no air conditioning, no bathroom and heating facilities. In a word, bathing and delicious food are luxuries that can only be thought about here, but I don't mind so much when I go to Rome to do as the Romans do.
The mountain not far from mandala is filled with prayer flags, which looks very spectacular. There are two examinations in the Buddhist College every year. At this moment, I happen to meet the Buddhist College preparing for the examination. So I hear yongqiu urging xiaoyama to recite scriptures at about 6 o'clock every morning. Sometimes I will be reprimanded if I make a mistake. The length of schooling of the college is generally six years, and special subjects need to study for 13 years. Every morning, afternoon and sometimes evening classes. Even in snowy days, we have to walk down the muddy mountain road without interruption.
The Buddhist College is mainly composed of Tibetan students, and there are also many Han prominent students. Therefore, it has also set up a Han classics college, in which kanpu teaches in Chinese. Kanbu, in Chinese, means a great master, a monk with high accomplishments in Buddhism. Except for a few Sutra halls, the rest of the buildings are very simple. The living Buddha's home in the college is a low door, and there is no luxurious decoration. The discipline of Buddhist Academy is very strict, and there are no idle people wandering around. There is a clear distinction between male and female monks' houses. Even brothers and sisters do not visit each other. The life of the practitioners is very hard. There is no running water on the mountain, so the water has to be carried to the foot of the mountain. Yama often carries a 50 Jin gasoline bucket full of water to her home on the mountain.
