The general layout of maaojiang Park in Guigang City is summarized as follows: three gates, two bridges, ten li roads, five fields, one ping, ten gardens, two rivers, four ponds and three lakes. The green area of the park is 416 mu, accounting for more than 80% of the total area of the park. There are nearly 200 kinds of plants, nearly 100000 shrubs and ground cover plants.

Opening date

On June 3, 2009, the macaojiang ecological park in Guigang City held the opening ceremony and officially opened to the outside world. Lai Derong, Secretary of the municipal Party committee, and Tang Chengliang, mayor, attended the opening ceremony. The construction of the park makes full use of the original water body for layout, including the east gate, north gate, west gate, Feihong bridge, yingyue bridge and 10 Li long roads in the park. Before the opening of the park, macaojiang ecological park was visited by Guo Shengkun, Secretary of the Party committee of the autonomous region and director of the Standing Committee of the people's Congress of the autonomous region.
