North Sichuan Folk Culture Park

North Sichuan Folk Culture Park is a national AAA level tourist attraction, which is based on forests, lakes and North Sichuan folk culture, with hundreds of national rare plants and national protected animals.

On December 5, 2016, the National Tourism Administration announced that the northern Sichuan Folk Culture Park was warned.

North Sichuan Folk Culture Park is located in Xuefeng lake, 2km away from the eastern suburb of Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province.

Landscape features

The total area of the scenic spot is 20 square kilometers, of which the core planning area is 6.23 square kilometers, with 5 core areas and 3 reserve areas. The core areas include: first, northern Sichuan catering culture area, which mainly displays northern Sichuan characteristic catering culture and Northern Sichuan characteristic dwellings; second, chuanmeizi culture area, which mainly reflects chuanmeizi's elegant demeanor through chuanmeizi clothing display, folk song and dance performance, craft demonstration, chuanmeizi Hall of fame and chuanmeizi talent training; third, Jinlian wedding area, which mainly reflects chuanmeizi's elegant demeanour through "stepping on the bridge" and "stepping on the bridge" The fourth is the ecological quiet area, which mainly focuses on viewing the natural ecology and provides citizens with high, medium and low-level services such as sightseeing, leisure, entertainment and conference services; the fifth is the daughter lake bay area, which has a wide range of elements such as "the 23rd of the first month, daughter Lake Bay" Through the activities on the lake such as daughter's day and Dragon Boat Festival, the folk customs of northern Sichuan Festival are displayed. Reserve is divided into: natural experience area, mainly for the elderly, middle-aged and young people to provide summer, entertainment, exploration, fitness and other recreational activities, to achieve the harmony between man and nature. Farming culture area in northern Sichuan is an important area to experience and search for traditional farming social customs. North Sichuan product area is a commercial activity area which mainly reflects the labor achievements of the people in North Sichuan and focuses on the display and transaction of local products. The first phase of northern Sichuan Folk Culture Park is built close to the mountain and beside the water, with a folk culture exhibition hall. The park has 800 square meters of folk culture corridor, unique folk relief wall, love song art wall, more than 3000 square meters of wedding square, tourist shopping center, movie theater, water amusement project, main hotel of mountain charm and other tourism facilities.

Characteristic projects

The North Sichuan Folk Culture Park has a scene song and dance drama "red candle reflects nine days" which reflects the local folk culture of North Sichuan. "Red candle reflecting nine days" takes a young man and woman as the main line from meeting and falling in love in labor to entering the palace of marriage. It uses song and dance scene performance, magic and other forms to vividly show the Han people's wedding rituals and customs in northern Sichuan, such as matchmaking, employment, hair combing, weeping and marriage greeting
