Litchi Culture Park is located in Qiling village, Lilin Town, Huizhou. It is transformed from a century old litchi garden, with an area of more than 7000 square meters. It has invested more than 600000 yuan to purchase fitness equipment, level roads and trim litchi trees. The litchi trees in the park have a hundred years of history and are luxuriant. The stones in the park are engraved with anti-corruption culture propaganda such as "water is bright, people are clean".

Qiling village of Lilin town is located at the foot of the mountain. Over the mountain is Longgang, Dongguan. There are 560 households and more than 2400 villagers living here. Every household has planted litchi for generations, and litchi trees with a hundred years can be seen everywhere. After the Qingming Festival, the litchi trees all over the mountains are blooming with small white flowers. The fragrance is scattered in the whole village, making people feel like they are in a paradise. Until June every year, clusters of heavy litchi fruit bending branches, dyed the village red.

The construction of litchi Clean Government Cultural Park started in August 2013. There are billboards in the park, which mainly include the content of clean government construction, the trends of clean government construction in towns and villages, and the publicity of clean government deeds, etc., which are updated once a month or two. The main contents of incorruptible government stone carvings are "clear water makes clear, clear people make incorruptible", "wind", "Festival" and so on. "Lychee is the homonym of" inspirational ". Local villagers can not only enjoy themselves in the park, but also read inspirational stories and receive cultural education of clean government." Zhengqi Pavilion takes the red guerrilla area of Qiling village as the main content to introduce the deeds of Qiling people's active participation in the revolution from the great revolution to the Anti Japanese War and the war of liberation. Every year on the July 1 Party building day or an important festival, the town organizes party members and cadres to visit and study in the lychee clean government cultural park. "The lychee tree for a hundred years never asks for anything, but only knows dedication. We hope that the party members and cadres who visit will also serve the people like the lychee tree and are willing to contribute."

Qiling village is an old revolutionary base area. Many guerrillas came out of it. Litchi garden was built in May 2014. In addition to pruning the litchi forest, there are also Zhengqi Pavilion and clean government stone carvings. It has become a main base of clean government culture in Lilin Town, which is often used for clean government education and other party member activities.

On November 26, 2014, in the Zhengqi Pavilion of litchi garden in Qiling village, Lilin Town, Zhongkai high tech Zone, dozens of local village and neighborhood committee cadres swore at the same time that they would consciously accept the supervision of the masses, scrupulously perform their duties and be honest.

After the completion of litchi anti-corruption Cultural Park, it has become an important position for Qiling village and even Lilin town to carry out anti-corruption education, cultural construction, and villagers' entertainment and leisure, which has effectively promoted the construction of anti-corruption and village style. The local government has carried out a series of activities here: organizing party members and cadres from all villages to visit and study in the clean government cultural park to improve their understanding of the construction of a clean government; holding a clean government report meeting to invite leaders at higher levels to teach a clean government education course; holding a clean government oath activity for village cadres in Lilin town; and carrying out an open commitment activity for village cadres in Qiling village to villagers.

At the same time, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Lilin town and Qiling village committee publicized the good people and good deeds of the village in the park, held an exhibition to eliminate "pornography, gambling and drugs", and guided the villagers to establish the socialist core values. Qiling village has set up a village affairs supervision committee, and its major and minor affairs are carried out in accordance with the "four democratic work law". Cadres actively do good and practical things for the masses, and all work in the village is developing well. In recent years, illegal phenomena such as pornography, gambling and drugs have basically disappeared in the village.
