Located in the south of Zhongshan Mausoleum square, the music station was built between 1932 and 1933. It was donated by overseas Chinese living in San Francisco and the party headquarters of the Kuomintang in Liaoning Province.

There is an arc-shaped big screen wall behind the platform, which is the same principle as the echo wall in Beijing to collect sound waves. The wall is 11.3 meters high and 16.7 meters wide. It is inlaid with cement and false stone. There is a crescent shaped lotus pool in front of the platform and a spring at the bottom. In front of the pool is a semi-circular lawn for the audience to enjoy singing and dancing, which can accommodate 3000 people.
Green grass, weeping willows and poplars are all around the platform. Now there are many pigeons in the music station, you can buy feed to feed these lovely elves.
