Xianren cliff is located in Maiji Mountain scenic spot, Tianshui City, Gansu Province. Xianren cliff is 15 kilometers away from Maiji Mountain Grottoes, which is composed of three cliffs, five peaks and six temples. The five peaks are Yuhuang peak, Baogai peak, Xianzhu peak, Dongya peak and Xiya peak. The temple of xianrenya is always called Huayan Temple. In the 14th year of Yongle reign of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Di, the founder of the Ming Dynasty, renamed Huayan Temple Lingying temple. He mainly allocated the temple of xianrenya to hankaifu (the residence of Zhu song, the king of the Ming Dynasty) and turned it into a private Temple of Zhu family in hankaifu. Therefore, people often call xianrenya and Lingying Temple each other.

"Fairy send lamp" is one of the ten sceneries in Qinzhou. In ancient times, at the foot of the South Cliff, the lamp pavilion was built according to the cliff, which is one of the main buildings of Xianren cliff. Xianrenya is rich in human tourism resources. For example, Xiya temple was built and repaired in Tang, song, Ming and Qing Dynasties. There is a Luohan hall on the East Cliff for the Buddha and the eighteen Arhats. It is a Ming Dynasty building and statue. Although Nanya lamp pavilion was destroyed by fire in the light year of the Qing Dynasty, there are still statues in the late Northern Wei Dynasty. Shiyan cave is the place where Su King Zhu Chihong (the 15th grandson of Han King Zhu song, inherited from Su king), great swordsman Wang Shiyong, and great calligrapher Wang Liaowang lived in seclusion to discuss Taoism. There are Buddhist niches in the grottoes and murals of the Tang Dynasty in the cliff under the southeast side of Yuhuangge.

There are 197 statues of the northern, song, Ming and Qing Dynasties, 87 square meters of murals and 5 precious bronze Buddha statues in Yongle period. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were 27 temples with 54 rooms, most of which were built under the natural rock nunnery and on the steep rock peaks.

Xianren cliff is a precipitous place with many peaks, rocks, pines and cypresses. Shiyandong, xianzhufeng, Nantianmen and Qianfo cliff of Baogai mountain are the most typical. They are full of wonderful mountains, beautiful waters, green trees and wild flowers. They really feel like a fairyland. There is a solitary peak between mount Zhushan and Baogai mountain. It looks like a tower. There is a lamp Pavilion on the peak and a statue of lamp Buddha in Ming Dynasty.
