The third cellar is the wine cellar of Ming Dynasty, with cellar numbers of 21, 22 and 23. According to the investigation, the three cellars were originally the predecessor of "lichuanyong" and were created from "wendefeng" in the early Ming Dynasty. Its archetype is in the shape of a bucket, which is different from the rectangular cellars opened by "Zhang Wanhe" and "Ye Desheng" in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. Combined with the word-of-mouth data of the ancestors and the secret recipe of "miscellaneous grain wine" (renamed Wuliangye in 1909), the age limit of the three cellars should not be later than the early Ming Dynasty.

According to the appraisal of the state cultural relics department, the oldest existing pit site of the enterprise is the pit in the early Ming Dynasty, which has a history of 600 years.
