Zhaoqing library was established in March 2005, and the new library was opened to the public for trial operation on December 25, 2012. Book borrowing rules

1、 The circulation books and newspapers in the library are fully open shelf. The readers should go through the procedures of borrowing books and periodicals with their own ID card or reader card, and no one can do it on their behalf except relatives.

2、 After reading the books and newspapers, please put them in the designated place.

3、 Number of books and periodicals to be borrowed, period of borrowing, renewal and overdue processing:

（1） Number of loans:

"Second generation ID card" free deposit readers can borrow 7 volumes of Chinese circulation books, 3 volumes of current issue and 1 volume of back issue bound book (11 volumes in total); readers with 800 points can be upgraded to borrow 9 volumes of Chinese circulation books, 3 volumes of current issue and 1 volume of back issue bound book (13 volumes in total).

（2） Borrowing period: the book borrowing time is 30 days / time; the periodical borrowing time is 15 days / time.

（3） Renewal: the borrowed books can be renewed once when they are due, and the renewal period is 15 days. The renewal procedures must be handled through the website, telephone, SMS, wechat or on-site before the expiration; the periodicals will not be renewed.

（4） Readers should return the books and periodicals on time. If they do not return the books and periodicals on time, their points will be deducted by 1 point per day (less than one day will be counted as one day) (see the notice in the library for the rules of points). If they do not return the books and periodicals on time for one year, the library reserves the right to pursue legal action.

4、 Take good care of books and periodicals, and do not deface, tear pages, cut, draw, tear code, magnetic stripe and label. If the above behaviors occur, points will be deducted according to the seriousness of the circumstances.

5、 In case of serious damage or loss of books and periodicals, 60 points will be deducted for each volume, and the books and periodicals of the same edition will be returned to the library according to the regulations. If the compensation can not be offset by books and periodicals, the compensation shall be 3 to 5 times of the original price of books and periodicals.

6、 Readers should take good care of books, newspapers and periodicals, and should not circle, annotate, deface, tear or cut them. If the above problems are found in the books and periodicals, they should point them out and hand them over to the staff before borrowing.

7、 We should pay attention to civilization, care for public property, pay attention to hygiene, abide by public order, advocate public virtues, strictly prohibit smoking and noise, and do not bring drinks and food into the library.
