Guxian reservoir, also known as Xizi lake, was named after Fan Li and Xi Shi who lived in seclusion here. It is a large national I-type reservoir with flood control as the main function and comprehensive functions of irrigation, power generation, water supply and breeding. The reservoir area controls 5370 square kilometers of drainage area, 35 square kilometers of water area and 1.175 billion cubic meters of storage capacity. There is a lotus island in the south of the reservoir area. From west to East, it goes deep into the center of the lake, 3 km long and 1 km wide. It is said that Guanyin Bodhisattva sits here to watch Luoshui and pray for peace. The lotus throne left behind after walking is lotus island. There are ancient and beautiful legends about the pictograph stone "jiangjuntou" and "Wangfu stone" near the Xizi lake dam. Xunyu village, one kilometer to the west of the dam, is the site of Longquan Temple built in the Yuan Dynasty. In front of Longquan Temple, there are thousands of ginkgo trees with luxuriant branches and leaves. Seven kilometers to the west, there is Huangcheng temple built in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty. It is full of incense and well preserved. It is also called Laojun cave. It is a natural Mozi cave, which is designated as a "key cultural relic" by Henan Provincial Bureau of culture. The whole Xizi Lake scenic area is located between the mountains, with many peaks, good vegetation and beautiful scenery. Xizi Lake scenic spot is 10 kilometers away from the exit of Zheng Lu Expressway and close to the scenic spot of "BAGUAN line" of provincial highway. It is planned to build as follows: 1.
