Caomiaozi town is located in the southeast of Weihai City Center. In Weihai, some old people often say that when it was sunny, you could see Rongcheng Shidao Bay on the top of Zhengqi mountain. brief introduction

Qishan, also known as Qishan, is 483.7 meters above sea level, the highest peak in Huancui District. Zhengqishan scenic spot is located 20 kilometers southeast of Weihai City, at the junction of Wendeng, Rongcheng and Huancui districts. There are five peaks in the mountain, which are arranged in a row from east to west. In the past, there were one temple on each of the five peaks, so they are called five temples. The middle peak is called Yuhuangding. There are huge stones on it, which are more than Zhang long and wide. The stone color is deep green. The stone is flat as a table. The stone color is deep. The boundary is natural, just like a chessboard. It is said that it is the place where Immortals play chess. Hence the name of the mountain. There is a stone at each end of the huge stone, which seems to set up a seat for chess players. It is ingenious. There are many natural landscapes in the mountain, such as Zilai stele, white goose stone, Diquan, Shuidong, xianrenji, Chaoyang cave, Huoshi cave, monk cave, TIANTI, Dadushi and so on. To the east of Kunyu Mountain, Zhengqi mountain is the highest, so you can climb to the top of the mountain. The mountains are arched at your feet, and you can see the sea from the bottom of your eyes. Ravines crisscross the mountains, trees verdant, flowers, and dotted with ancient caves, rocks, it is refreshing.

Qishan is also a treasure house of natural plants. There are more than 500 kinds of wild trees, flowers and plants, and Chinese herbal medicines everywhere. As soon as spring comes, the mountains turn green, the trees sprout green, the flowers bloom, the birds sing, and the tourists go on a hike all over the mountains. The whole Zhengqi mountain is full of vitality.

Introduction to scenic spots

There are "wolongshan ancient buildings" invested and restored by Weihai Tourism Company. From the appearance, the buildings are misty, double eaves, glazed walls, simple and elegant. There are Tiangong, Digong, entertainment palace, Buddha, mummy exhibition hall, human specimens, marine animals, birds and animals exhibition hall and other attractions.

"Tiangong" uses sound, light, electricity and other film and television means to create fairy tales of folklore, which are vivid, novel, magnificent and full of artistic interest and ornamental value. The main contents include eight aspects: small mural palace, Donghai Dragon Palace, blessing palace, Eight Immortals crossing the sea palace, flat peach palace, LingXiao palace, folk legend palace and Buddha Hall.

The "underground palace" is carefully restored with traditional folk sculpture and painting art. It is composed of 27 groups of statues (156 images) and 36 large color murals (318 images). It reproduces the scene of "Eighteen layers of hell" described in ancient Chinese literature. The paintings and sculptures in the hall are all vivid. With the combination of modern sound, light, music and scenery, they are shocking and on the scene.

The mummies exhibition hall displays the mummies of men and women, their clothes and utensils in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. "Human specimen" shows the solid sections of various parts of the human body to help people understand themselves and improve the level of health care. The layout of the whole exhibition area is compact, the exhibits are novel, and the teaching is entertaining.
