Zhujiang Mansion
"Zhujiang tower" is a high-rise building to be built in Guangzhou, China! In China's construction boom, Guangzhou Zhujiang building is regarded as a "green light" to fight against environmental pollution. The building can use wind and solar energy to generate its own electricity, and even sell surplus electricity to the grid. At a time of global economic crisis, high-rise buildings in big cities will consume a lot of coal-fired power. At this moment, China needs high-rise buildings and environmental awareness. Pearl River City covers an area of 10636 square meters. The project consists of two parts: podium building and tower building. The tower building is 309 meters high, 71 floors; podium building is 27 meters high, 3 floors; basement is 5 floors. The total construction area is 210000 square meters, including more than 40000 square meters in the basement and 170000 square meters on the ground.
structural system
(1) Foundation part: the core tube adopts 3.5m thick reinforced concrete raft foundation, and the rest adopts the method of 1.2m or 2m bottom plate plus independent column and wall pier. The buried depth of the bottom of the plate is about - 30m to - 28m, and anti floating anchor is used in the anti floating area.
(2) The upper structure of the tower adopts a composite structure system of steel structure and reinforced concrete. The center is a large reinforced concrete core tube. The steel structure is composed of four corner giant composite steel columns, other steel columns and steel beams (extended truss and belt truss). The floor is a composite floor slab of reinforced concrete poured with profiled steel plates. The podium is a steel moment frame system.
Function settings
The tower building is mainly a super grade A office building, with high-level business club, high-level Chinese and Western catering, banking and other facilities; the podium building is equipped with large-scale conference center for 500 people, small and medium-sized conference rooms and other conference facilities, which can accommodate 800 people to hold meetings at the same time.

After the completion of the project, it will be used for operation and only rented but not sold. It will be managed by international brand property management company.

Principle of conservation of energy - air: the circulation of air inside the building; the ventilation effect of the lower floor is achieved by radiation cooling; the flow of air itself makes the exhaust fan no longer needed; the ventilation of the lower floor allows the air to enter directly without mixing; the exhaust gas can pass through the double-layer wall; the exhaust gas rises through the wall to the mechanical layer to generate additional heat energy; these energy conservation principles The cooling capacity is used to pre cool the air entering the building floor, and the resulting condensate is used to supplement the water supply of the building
