Beidahuang museum is located at 175 Hongqi Street, Xiangfang District, Harbin city. It was approved by the Ministry of agriculture of the people's Republic of China and the Provincial Department of culture of the people's Republic of China in 2005 and built by Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation. It is a comprehensive museum displaying the history of Heilongjiang reclamation area for more than half a century.
