Luoxia waterside pavilion was built in 1985. The waterside pavilion is located in the middle of the lake. It is composed of two pavilions and a double-layer Pavilion, with cornices and windows.

The pavilion in the middle is 12.6 meters high, with two floors, wooden windows and mirrors. There are exquisite dragon and Phoenix reliefs in front of the boat. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery from a high altitude. The boundless blue sky and clear water make visitors feel as if they are in the middle of a beautiful building. Especially when the red sun falls, the birds on the lake compete to fly, which fully reflects the beautiful artistic conception of "sunset and solitary Heron flying together".

Luoxia waterside pavilion is located in the lakeside water on the northeast side of changtianlou, East Lake, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It is named after the sentence meaning of "sunset and solitary flying together" in the preface to xiwangge written by Wang Bo of Tang Dynasty. Reinforced concrete wood like structure. The platform is boat shaped, north-south, head and tail slightly tilted, 12 meters wide and about 60 meters long. On the top of the pavilion, there are two floors. On the bottom, there are T-shaped galleries, nine ridges, four slope tops, cornices, red pillars, green tiles, and curvilinear railings. It is magnificent, just like a large-scale colorful building ship moored near the shore. The design is peculiar, the style is unique, you can enjoy the scenery and daydream.
