Lianglong Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Yuyao City, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, is a national key town, a national civilized town, one of the first batch of central towns in Zhejiang Province, and a famous historical and cultural town in Zhejiang Province. It is located at the foot of Siming Mountain in the East of Zhejiang Province and south of Yaojiang River. It governs 17 administrative villages and 1 community with an area of 94.48 square kilometers and a population of 29041 (2017). At present, the market town has a built-up area of 4 square kilometers, with a permanent population of more than 15000.
In October 2019, Lianglong town was selected as one of the "Top 1000 towns with comprehensive strength in China in 2019".
History and culture
Lianglong town is a national key town, a national civilized town, a famous historical and cultural town in Zhejiang Province, and a central town in Zhejiang Province and Ningbo City. It is located in the north foot of Siming Mountain in the east of Zhejiang Province and the south of Yaojiang River. The town governs 17 administrative villages and 1 community with an area of 94.48 square kilometers and a population of 29041 (2017). In recent years, Liang Ru Town, around Xi Jinping's general secretary, put forward "to build Liang Nong into a model for the whole country's old revolutionary base areas."
The construction of "conference education and training center, characteristic industry development base, livable and tourist town" has been carried out in depth, and the economic and social undertakings of the whole town have maintained a good situation of healthy development.
During the Anti Japanese War, Liangnong was the leading center of the Anti Japanese base area in eastern Zhejiang, with the reputation of "little Yan'an in eastern Zhejiang". The Party committee of eastern Zhejiang, the administrative office of eastern Zhejiang, the headquarters of the guerrilla column in eastern Zhejiang and other party, government and military organizations were all stationed here. At the beginning of 2005, Liangnong town was identified as one of the 100 red classic scenic spots in China. The landscape of Siming lake and baishuichong waterfall in the territory is complemented by a number of cultural landscapes, such as wuguilou, sunzixiu tomb, Yange ancient road, and the former site group of Anti Japanese base in eastern Zhejiang. Rural tourism, orchard picking and mountain scenery become the new highlights of Liangnong tourism.
The characteristic industry of Lianglong town has begun to take shape. This is the source of green tea in China, and has formed a tea economy led by "waterfall Xianming", a famous tea with Gold Award in China family industry expo. There are nearly 500 lamps and lanterns enterprises in the town, and more than 1400 lamps and lanterns marketing departments have been set up in the country. The products are exported to domestic and foreign markets, and it is the largest production base of outdoor lighting lamps and lanterns in the country. In 2001, it was named as "the hometown of Chinese lamps", and in 2005, it was named as "Chinese lamp manufacturing base" by China Light Industry Federation and China Lighting Electrical Association.
Geographical location
Lianglong town is subordinate to Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, bordering luting Township in the East, Dalan town in the South and Shangyu District of Shaoxing City in the northwest. It is a characteristic town on the golden tourism line of Hangzhou Shaoxing Ningbo Zhoushan. Liangnong has a long history. In Qin Dynasty, it belonged to Kuaiji county. According to legend, it was originally named "Liangfeng" because of the two surnames of Liang and Feng. In the later Tang Dynasty, it had been called "Liangnong" because of its numerous streets. It was homonymous for "Liangnong" and was known as "the ninth cave heaven" and "the blessed place of the cave heaven". Huxi line, the provincial highway, runs through the whole mirror, connecting Xikou scenic spot of Fenghua in the south, connecting with Shanghai Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway more than 10 kilometers in the north, 80 kilometers away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, and only 40 kilometers away from Ningbo International Airport.

There are 17 village committees in Inner Mongolia, including Dongxi, Liangfeng, Wugui, Houchen, rangxian, baishuichong, hengkantou, Lingtou, ganxuan, Wangxiang, Dongshan, Hexi, Henglu, Minghu, Yaxian, Hudong and Gaonan.
It got its name from zhengmeng school in the area. On May 18, 2003, Yu Zhengfa No. 54 approved the merger of Shangjie, Xiaoling street and Hengjie in Lianglong town to establish zhengmeng community. On July 1, zhengmeng community was officially established. It is under the jurisdiction of dachitou natural village in Dongxi village in the East, ganxuan village in the south, Houchen Village in the West and Wugui village in the north. There are 10 resident groups. The neighborhood committee is located on the second floor of Cultural Square, No.4 Ruyi road. There are 2300 permanent residents, 5500 people, 24 buildings, including Shangjie, xiajie, Xiaoling street, Liangfeng, Xianqiao, Gaolu, youbei and Binxi , market and other residential areas. The original neighborhood committee of Lianglong town was founded in 1949. Hengjie neighborhood committee was set up in 1955, and Shangjie, Xiaoling street and xiajie neighborhood committees were set up in 1981.
Located in the east of Lianglong town. From the original dachitou, jinlingxia, jinziao three villages merged. It covers an area of 8.93 square kilometers. Population 826 households, about 2580 people (2007).

Located 6 kilometers south of Lianglong Town, it faces Donggang mountain of luting Township in the East, xiajialing village of Dalan town in the south, Xiaguan town of Shangyu City in the West and hengkantou village in the north. The name of the village follows the original name of rangxian township. With an area of 8.5 square kilometers, 19 villager groups and a population of 547 households and 1380 people (about 2007).
Located in the southeast of Lianglong town. From the original Taoist mountain, Zhang jia'ao, after the merger of three villages. It covers an area of 2.5 square kilometers and has a population of 420 households and 1205 people (about 2006).
Located in the south of Liangnong Town, next to the provincial road Huxi line, 2km away from the town. It covers an area of 6.6 square kilometers and governs six natural villages with a population of 897 households and 2821 people (about 2006).
It is located 10km south of Lianglong Town, adjacent to hengkantou village in the East, rangxian village in the south, Xiaguan town in Shangyu in the West and hengkantou village in the north, with an altitude of more than 300m. In 2001, it was formed by the merger of the former PUTANG village, dalingding village and wanjiaao village. Because the whole village is located on the Daling of Shangyu Xiaguan town in Liangnong. With an area of 9.14 square kilometers, there are 3 natural villages and 11 villager groups, with a population of 417 households and 1421 people (about 2005). The village committee is located in wanjia'ao.
It is located 1km south of Liangnong market town. Covering an area of 1.35 square kilometers, it governs 13 villager groups with a population of 371 households and 1084 people (about 2006).
It is located 2km southwest of liangnongji Town, covering an area of 2.41km2, with a population of 364 households and 1162 people (about 2006). It governs 4 natural villages and 13 villager groups in Wangxiang, Ximing, Yaoxiang and waiyaoxiang.

Historical evolution
Liang Nong, according to legend, was originally named "Liang Feng" after the two surnames of Liang and Feng. Later, due to frequent wars in the north, a large number of surnames such as sun, Wu, Yao, ye and Huang moved to the South and moved here. As there are as many as 99 and a half lanes in the territory, they have evolved into Liangnong. Liangnong, belonging to Kuaiji in the Qin Dynasty, Yuyao County in the Han Dynasty, is the Liangnong Township in the ninth year of kaihuang (589) in the Sui Dynasty, Siming Township in the later Tang Dynasty (907-936), and Siming Township in the Southern Song Dynasty (1127). five
