China port Museum, referred to as "gangbo", is located at 6 gangbo Road, Chunxiao street, Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. China port museum is officially named by the State Council as China's largest and highest level "state-owned" port Museum.

China port museum is located in Beilun Binhai New Town, covering an area of 78 mu. It is funded by the people's Government of Beilun District, Ningbo City. It was completed and opened in mid October 2014.

With the theme of port culture, Ningbo China port Museum integrates the functions of exhibition, education, collection, scientific research, tourism and international exchange, reflecting the international, professional and interactive nature. It is not only a cultural base for inheriting port history and excavating port culture, but also a Cultural Fulcrum of the maritime Silk Road in the new century.

In September 2018, China port museum was approved as a national second-class Museum by China Museum Association.

From the date of resumption of opening up to December 31, it will be open free of charge to medical staff with valid certificates (doctor's practice certificate, nurse's practice certificate and ID card).

Ningbo China port museum is located in Yangsha mountain scenic spot of Chunxiao Binhai New Town, Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It was completed and opened in mid October 2014.

Taking the contemporary port technology as the background, according to the basic composition, main functions, infrastructure, important equipment, key technology, support system and other main contents of the port, the technical characteristics and status of modern port are displayed; taking the professional functions as the main line, the exhibition area is divided into three exhibition areas: port construction, port industry and port support system, with a total area of about 2000 square meters. It mainly shows the representative, typical and professional port layout, system technology, wharf structure, loading and unloading machinery, auxiliary facilities and major technology, which not only popularizes modern port knowledge, but also reflects the characteristic professional technology.

Port science exploration Museum.

The total area of the pavilion is about 1800 square meters. From the perspective of port space-time change and character change, the museum forms three main themes of "through space-time, through self and through happiness". Around the theme of port science and technology, navigation, marine geography, maritime safety, the design is ingenious and unique. Among them, port loading and unloading, cargo detection, surge experience, wind power generation, LEGO toys and other related exhibitions depict visitors' sensory experience of port and ocean knowledge in an all-round way, in which they are full of fun.

"Digital Ocean" Experience Hall.

The total area of the exhibition area is about 800 square meters. Closely linked to the national marine development strategic planning system, based on the core technology of "Digital Ocean", with human understanding of the ocean, the process of using the ocean, and future ocean exploration as the main content, with 360 degree full audio-visual sensory experience as the main form of expression, and using high-tech display means such as virtual and special images, visitors can instantly experience the wonderland of the ocean.

Closely around the exhibition theme of "Beilun history is the history of Beilun people in different periods, the history of Bona compatibility and pioneering spirit", this paper intercepts the important historical facts, typical events and important figures with chronological, symbolic and milestone significance in each historical stage of Beilun to show the spirit of Beilun people who are good at learning and dare to take risks.

Underwater Archaeology in China.

Including the exhibition hall and on-site shipwreck repair. It shows the development of Underwater Archaeology in China, the technical methods of underwater archaeology, the achievements of underwater cultural relics investigation and excavation, the protection and exchange of underwater archaeological achievements, and the prospect of underwater archaeology. In addition to the exhibition itself, a nearly 800 square meter old ship restoration center has been set up in the form of a glass room in the exhibition hall. 4. Opening hours

From Tuesday to Sunday, the museum will be closed on Monday (except for legal holidays or special circumstances); the port science exploration Museum and digital ocean experience museum will only be open on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and teams with more than 30 people can make an appointment to visit except Monday.
