Guiyang karst Park

Guiyang karst Park, located between Jinyang South Road and Aoxing Road, guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, is a natural scenic spot.

Basic introduction

It covers an area of about 450 mu. The park is mainly composed of two stone forest scenic spots, one line of sky, stone forest waterfall, dripping Guanyin, Golden Toad offering treasure and other scenic spots with their own characteristics. The road in the park is winding, the rocks are magnificent, and the beautiful karst landscape is second to none in the city center of China. It is the reception hall of Guiyang city and the rare "bonsai in the city". Yangming academy, Yangming thatched cottage, Qishi Museum, colorful Guizhou cultural corridor and karst square have greatly enriched their regional cultural connotation; Apple dog wisdom Park, 7d cinema and animation shooting base are the main gathering places for Guiyang citizens' leisure walk, and also the tourist destinations for foreign tourists.

The first phase is composed of natural stone forest landscape, which will be open to the public in December 2014. The second phase will build a high-tech children's wisdom park with the theme of Guizhou's first hand puppet animation, which is expected to be completed in June 2016.

Along the side of Cuiliu Road, a commercial street with Guizhou characteristics has been built, which integrates various leisure and cultural forms, such as cultural and art exhibition, Guizhou characteristic catering, teahouse, bar, antique stage and modern club, etc. it has built a cultural corridor with Guizhou local characteristics and high quality, becoming a new landmark of Guiyang business and a city card of Guizhou.

Main attractions

The natural stone forest landscape in the park is two natural stone forests accidentally found in the process of development and construction of the original Jinyang New Area. After excavation and arrangement, it forms today's Karst park. Among them, the main tour routes are: "yongshouchi" -- "lianhuaqiao" -- "yuantongdao" -- "yaochi" -- "Beishi forest region" -- "Golden Toad offering treasure" -- "a cloud sky" -- "Yangming thatched cottage" -- "nanshai forest region", etc.

(1) Take bus No.28, 29, 47, 60, 71, 77, 208, 209, 217, 220, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 237, 256, Guanshan No.1, Guanshan No.2, Guanshan No.4, Guanshan No.5 to Shilin road or Jinyang bus station.

(2) Self driving needs to go through Xingzhu road and telecom road to enter the temporary parking lot of Guiyang karst park on Cuiliu road. (Note: ① Cuiliu road is a one-way street; ② parking is prohibited on the roads around the park. )
